noise level. Not all equipment worked well. They advertisement suggest it is a hotel, but it really is a Corp type apartment building. Not offering all features of a hotel.

I want to preface this by saying I don't normally write reviews, but felt I had to in this case as I have never been this disappointed by the standards of a facility that cost this much. For the duration of my stay, the AC would repeatedly stop working and have to be manually restarted. The staff were very helpful with this, and even showed me how to restart it myself, which I ended up having to do every morning when woken up due to the heat. Granted, I was visiting New York during a heatwave, and this may not be an issue during cooler periods or for those who run cold, but I know numerous guests were experiencing the same issue as I heard 2 other guests complain about this while I was checking in. Other smaller issues I had included incredibly low water pressure in the shower, bad smell coming from shower drain, flies in the shower room and dirt on the "clean" towels. I want to emphasize that this was no fault at all of the staff, who were very helpful, but the building infrastructure was clearly either very old or poorly managed.

Air con units are a little noisy.

Rezervasyonum 1 çift kişilik yatak ve 1 çekyat bulunan, 3 kişi için belirtilmiş bir oda içindi. Otele check-in saatinden önce vardık ancak odanın hala temizlendiği söylenerek 16.00’dan önce giriş yapamayacağımız belirtildi. Sonrasında ise resepsiyondaki yoğunluk ve sistemdeki şifre ile mailde gönderilen şifrenin uyuşmaması gibi sorunlar nedeniyle 16.30’a kadar check-in yapamadık.
10 saatlik uçuşun ve 16.30’a kadar oda beklemenin ardından üçümüz de odaya çıkıp dinlenmek istedik. Ancak çekyat açılmamıştı bile, hala normal koltuk şeklindeydi. Ayrıca çekyat için hiçbir çarşaf ya da yastık da bırakılmamıştı. Durumu bildirmek için lobiye indim fakat bir saatten uzun süre boyunca ne gelen oldu ne de bir şey getirildi.
Bir saat sonra tekrar aşağı inip, rezervasyonun 3 kişi için yapıldığını ve odanın temizlenip hazır olduğu söylendiğini, buna rağmen çekyatın neden hazırlanmadığını sorduğumda bilmediklerini söylediler. Resepsiyondaki kadın ikinci kattaki temizlik odasına kendisinin bakacağını söyledi ve ben tekrar odama çıktım.
Yaklaşık 20-25 dakika sonra kapım çaldı ve kapı koluna asılmış, içinde çarşaflar bulunan kocaman bir poşet bırakıldığını gördüm. Kapıyı gerçekten 10 saniye içinde açtım ama ortada muhattabım kimse yoktu.
10 saatlik bir uçuşun ve saatlerce oda beklemenin ardından, bu kadar para ödediğim ve temizlenip hazır olduğu söylenen bir odada çekyatı neden kendim açıp yatağı neden kendim açıp yatağı neden kendim hazırlıyorum?
Ayrıca buzdolabı kapısı kırıktı ama ertesi gün tamir için geldiler. Odadaki kasanın bazı tuşları çok sert basmanıza rağmen çalışmıyordu. Bunun tamiri için de birini gönderdiler ama sonrasında da durum aynı gibiydi.

My reservation was for a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, clearly stated for 3 guests. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but were told we could not check in until 4:00 PM because the room was still being cleaned.

Nothing, everything was good

It was a little hard to get additional towels/bedding but I would suggest making the request at check in since there are only 2 towels sets in a unit. They will bring them though but needs to be during housekeeping hours during the day and ordered in advance.
