Great location but very expensive
Pros:

Hotel location was excellent--walking distance to many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and room was larger than expected.

Cons:

The staff was fine and competent but not overly friendly. A beautiful hotel but very expensive.

It was a nice hotel, but compared to others we have stayed at I did not feel it was value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast had good choice, but very little bread/bread rolls available. No rye bread at all even at 10am on Sunday morning. The Molten Brown toiletries were fabulous. It would have been nice to have had a top up on day 2.

Cons:

Staff on arrival were a little stand-offish. The staff the following 2 days were much more friendly. We had put on our booking note that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at the hotel, but no mention was made about it by the hotel during our stay which was a little disappointing.

Luxury Hotel in the heart of Vilnius Old Town
Pros:

5 star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Vilnius old town. Warmly welcomed with a glass of bubbles upon arrival (nice touch) by exceptional staff. This is a very special hotel. The breakfast is next level! We travelled across 5 countries and 14 cities and this hotel was a standout. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone! You won’t be disappointed.

fantastic experience, highly recommended!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Pacai Hotel in Vilnius. The hotel is simply charming—cozy and inviting in every way. The staff went above and beyond, especially when my son stayed a bit longer after I left—they took great care of him, which I truly appreciated. I also loved the on-site restaurant and the delicious breakfasts. The location is absolutely fantastic—everything is within easy reach. The hotel also has a lovely spa, which added to the relaxation. And, of course, the reception team was always welcoming, cheerful, and ready to help

Cons:

Too perfect to be better:) I liked everything. Have a nice guests!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem geschmackvollen Hotel. Die Lage ist zudem top; man kann vieles zu Fuss besichtigen. Die Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants ist rund ums Hotel sehr gross.
