Gorgeous hotel with great design, food and wine and exceptionally helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, great design, extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to organise things like a last minute opera ticket, or take care of my luggage. Spa was very enjoyable as was the massage treatment. I loved the design, the in house restaurant is a must visit, and has an incredibly knowledgeable sommelier.

Cons:

I would have paid for a larger room as the one i had was quite small. The standard double was fine for one person, but if you're two go for the higher category. There was also a fair amount of ambient noise. unfortunately they couldn't upgrade me as the hotel was full.

Pros:

Best hotel in Lithuania no doubt. Perfect location, good (expensive) parking, excellent breakfast and great staff.

Cons:

The gym is really the Pacai’s Achille’s heel. It’s very small, the equipment is old, the matts are really gross and the internet doesn’t work well there.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel

Cons:

Ich finde das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht 100% stimmig. Der Balkon bspw. war sehr lieblos gestaltet. Außerdem fand ich das personal teilweise nicht höflich und beim Frühstück waren öfters mal Sachen vergriffen…
