Pros:

The room was smaller than how it looked in the pictures. There was no place for our stuff like a wardrobe or shelf. No place for our suitcases ether. The ac always took super long to get cooler.

Cons:

Местоположение. Кто будет поселятся здесь имейте ввиду , что если идти к центру или к морю то нормальной дороги нету, приходится ходить по проезжей части, и далеко к местному движу)

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. Mold on the floors especially on the shower. We didn’t want to use the bathroom. The water in the toilet always looked dirty.
The bed was hard and you could feel the springs.

Wonderful balcony.

Cons:

It's quite a walk to the market places or to the beach. Its not that long time wise, but in the heat on the main street it's not very comfortable. Be prepared to spend some more on Grab!
The shower could use a good scrub
