Had better stays
Pros:

Paid for the shared balcony room. . Lovely views and sunrise and sunset.

Cons:

The room was smaller than the last balcony room booked. The TV didn’t work. No network message. The bed is very, very firm. The wash basin didn’t drain and could easily over flow if not watching it.
Had better rooms at this hotel.

Pros:

Room was great - a little warm and the fan didnt work- but the receptionist kindly provided me with one that did work and also replaced the TV remote batteries as they werent working either - so was very helpful. breakfast was very good -

Prime location with reasonable sizeable room
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and efficiency with check in and out process

Cons:

Friendly atmosphere. Good humoured staff for whom nothing was too much.
Pros:

Dining room was a light, large room with sea view. Bedroom had sea view too overlooking Band Stand and pier. Also enjoyed the bar and conservatory areas.

Cons:

Key to bedroom seemed to stick in lock but it might have been my fault for not having the knack of opening it.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, próxima ao centro e à praia, restaurantes e pontos de ônibus e estação central. A equipe era amigável e o café da manhã bom.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico do quarto não era tão bom e eu podia ouvir o hóspede do quarto de cima andando. O barulho era alto, de forma que quando estava dormindo precisei colocar um protetor auricular.

I would return if going to Eastbourne again
Pros:

There was everything you needed for breakfast and the location was ideal

The window in the room was possibly dangerous as rotten and falling apart
