Pros:

Ich habe ausdrücklich darum gebeten, dass mein Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht betreten und nicht gereinigt wird. Trotzdem sind Mitarbeiter mehrmals in mein Zimmer gegangen, obwohl das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an der Tür hing.

Dieses Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel und stellt einen massiven Vertrauensbruch dar. Wenn ein Gast Privatsphäre wünscht, muss diese respektiert werden. Ich habe mich dadurch unwohl und unsicher gefühlt.

Ich kann dieses Hotel deshalb nicht empfehlen.

Its a good stay overall
Pros:

I like the staff's attention to guest needs. The breakfast was good, and the location is good. All hotel employees are good. I found its good in all respect.

Cons:

They should have lunch and dinner facilities in the hotel for outside guest.

Diğer otellere göre kahvaltı çeşidi biraz daha fazlaydı. konum olarak da ulaşım caddeye 50 metre dolmuş ve otobüs sürekli geçiyor şehir merkezi forum mersin'e 10 dakika personel sıcak kanlı. Terhiç edilir tavsiye ederim

Nice hotel with kind staff and good food but rooms in a need of urgent repairs, for example: hair dryer wasn't working, shower cubicle was leaking and there were some mould patches in the bathroom.
