Top und sehr erholsam
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einem Upgrade überrascht. Das Zimmer und die anlage waren fantastisch. Auch das Abendessen war top. Zu empfehlen ist auch die Lage. Jederzeit ist auch nur ein Tagesausflug nach Catania möglich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft ein nächstes Mal für mehr als 1 Nacht buchen.

Ingesamt ist das Relais ein zauberhaft ruhiger und atmosphärisch wohliger Ort. Dort kann man wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen, der hauseigene Pool ist ein Traum, die Anlage in der er sich einbettet ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Boutique Hotel verfügt über nur 15 Zimmer, hier gibt es genug Platz für alle, man kann sich seine Rückzugsorte aussuchen.

Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit sehr bequemen Betten, toller Klimatisierung, bestens ausgestattete Bäder, mit flauschigen Bademänteln, überall tolle Gerüche und ein Bidet

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, vielfach liest man außergewöhnlich, das würden nicht unterschreiben. Ausreichend Süssspeisen, frische Eierspeisen teils gegen Aufpreis, was bei einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie etwas überrascht.

Das hauseigene Restaurant iPalici überzeugt durch angenehm dezenten aber trotzdem aufmerksamen Service, eine umfangreiche und sehr gut gewählte Weinkarte, und auch Speisen auf sehr hohem Niveau. In außergewöhnlichem durch Lava Baumaterialien dominierten Ambiente.

In dem ganzen Haus und der Anlage hatte jemand ein sehr gutes Händchen für Stil und Design, eine Vorliebe und Wertschätzung für historische Gemäuer und diese zeitgeistig durch viel Liebe zum Detail zum Leben erweckt.

Cons:

- zeitweise längere Zeit kein Service am Nachmittag im Poolbereich, wir schlagen eine Klingel oder andere technische Direktverbinsung zum oben liegendem Restaurant vor
- ergänzen könnte man das Frühstück um frisches Gemüse, Müsli, größere Brotauswahl
- in unserem Zimmer (zenzero) gab es nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Bad, gerne durch einen weiteren im Schlafbereich erweitern
- gerne die Smart Funktion auf dem Zimmer tv aktivieren, damit nicht italienische Gäste auch den TV nutzen können (Programmauswahl eher nicht vorhanden)

Manko mag für den ein oder anderen der Verkehr auf der angrenzenden Durchgangsstraße sein (vormerklich morgens und nachmittags zur Rushhour)
UND es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, das mag wichtig für manche sein (Anlage insgesamt nicht barrierefrei)

Bon séjour, dans un joli cadre mais service bien teop chers pour la Sicile (prix parisien)

Possibilité d un snack au bord de la piscine mais pour des sandwichs et de la friture c'est trop cher

Lækkert hotel.
Pros:

En historisk ejendom hvor alt er lavet med omtanke og i høj kvalitet. Her er roligt og kun få værelser. Vores suite med plads til 4 var virkelig lækker incl egen terrasse og lige ved poolen. Morgenmaden var af høj kvalitet, frisk og varieret.

Cons:

Priserne i restauranten og loungebaren er i den høje ende til min smag.
