Pros:

The owners are helpful. Had lunch at their very busy restaurant, food was lovely, especially the spanish omelette. Staff were helpful in helping us choose the correct amount and variety.
Breakfast was good.
Our rooms were clean, immaculate and modern, fab view of the beach.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in room, but made us get up early and not waste the day

Utrolig beliggenhet, og verdt hver eneste krone
Pros:

Beliggenheten var helt topp, og utsikten fra rommet var helt suveren og som en drøm å våkne opp til. Hotellrestauranten hadde også en meget god paella. Vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen i fremtiden!

Camera con terrazza vista mare bellissima
Pros:

La terrazza sul mare, ampia e spaziosa, è la parte più bella della camera. La stanza è grande e il bagno anche. L'albero si trova in una struttura comprensiva anche di un ristorante, che però non abbiamo provato, abbiamo solo chiesto se ci potessero fare due capuccini (4 euro). La posizione è fantastica, affaccia direttamente sul mare e per raggiungere il centro di altea ci vogliono solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente a 3 minuti a piedi nel parcheggio della stazione (o anche sul lungomare se si trova posto)

Cons:

Lo staff è stato abbastanza distante, ma non lo considererei una pecca dell'hotel dato che ci hanno dato ugualmente tutte le informazioni necessarie. La camera si trova al primo piano

Hôtel basique mais propre et bien placé géographiquement
Pros:

Emplacement parfait surtout pour ceux qui ont une chambre avec vue sur la mer. En ce qui nous concerne chambre avec vue sur horribles immeubles de l’autre côté de la rue et pourtant un balcon avec table et chaises qui de fait ne servaient à rien. Sur la réservation c’etait noté vue sur la ville avec une photo de la vieille ville d’où notre déception. Restaurent d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Quand on arrive dans l’hotel, on ne se sent pas accueilli. L’accueil de l’hotel est au même endroit que le bar du restaurant. On nous donne la clé de la chambre sans aucun commentaire sur la wifi, les heures du petit déjeuner etc. Tout cela est indique au pied de l’ascenseur sur des feuilles sous plastique. Pas non plus de renseignements touristiques : on nous renvoie à l’office de tourisme tout près sans pouvoir nous renseigner sur les horaires d’ouverture.
