Large room! Nice shower. Kind staff. Good breakfast.
Crazy part of town. Difficult to just walk around. That was unexpected for us, it maybe typical!
Staff were great! Its a good hotel and can be great. 3 stars!
Lack of attention at breakfast. Buffet breakfast supposed to finish at 10am. At 9am everything is empty. No refills and guests still coming for breakfast. Water not replaced in rooms.
Close to the city and airport. The staff were super friendly - they even rang us to say we were going to miss breakfast, then arranged to deliver it to our room! I’ve never experienced that before. It was very clean and the rooms were lovely.
The street it was located on wasn’t great.
For us the location was perfect because we like staying near China towns on our travels.

This is my second time here, also with friends. It has an excellent location for the celebration of Chinese New Year - and in the midst of the boisterous celebrations, the hotel offers restful respite. The rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. I also like that they are trying to be environmentally conscious (they have a big water dispenser). Lastly and surely, their service is IMPECCABLE - friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you!

Das Hotel ist eher barock, alles in allem angenehm. Manchmal ist etwas Geduld gefragt, aber es klappt immer alles. Die Umgebung (Chinatown) ist farbig, aber sicher, die Metrostation Carriedo in Gehdistanz um die Ecke. In ca. 15-20 Minuten Spaziergang gelangt man über eine Pasig-Brücke nach Intramuros.

Great proffesional staff, helpful, smiling, including the excelent manager Paul. I cant faul the brealfast, everyone will definitely choose. The cleanliness of the room and the cleaning were absolutely perfect.
