Outstanding facilities and definitely worth going back.
Pros:

Very accomodating staff and great location especially on what we wanted to do. The booking is worth the price.

Cons:

Parking is a bit congested but they handles our car with care. The room soundproof is a bit lacking so hard if you want to have privacy.

Pros:

The hotel is well located in China Town, the room was clean and well kept
Jayson on reception was very helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Cons:

The room needed some personal touches like pictures on the walls and some ornaments to make it feel less cold and clinical.
Breakfast was dreadful the food was cold and unpleasant no fresh juices and no cereal, at one time I counted 11 members of staff in the Breakfast area, it was like trying to eat breakfast in a cage in the zoo.

Older hotel that is comfortable with kind staff
Pros:

Large room! Nice shower. Kind staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Crazy part of town. Difficult to just walk around. That was unexpected for us, it maybe typical!

Pros:

Staff were great! Its a good hotel and can be great. 3 stars!

Cons:

Lack of attention at breakfast. Buffet breakfast supposed to finish at 10am. At 9am everything is empty. No refills and guests still coming for breakfast. Water not replaced in rooms.

Great place for a short stay. Great value for money.
Pros:

Close to the city and airport. The staff were super friendly - they even rang us to say we were going to miss breakfast, then arranged to deliver it to our room! I’ve never experienced that before. It was very clean and the rooms were lovely.

Cons:

The street it was located on wasn’t great.

An excellent hotel in the midst of Manila China Town!
Pros:

This is my second time here, also with friends. It has an excellent location for the celebration of Chinese New Year - and in the midst of the boisterous celebrations, the hotel offers restful respite. The rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. I also like that they are trying to be environmentally conscious (they have a big water dispenser). Lastly and surely, their service is IMPECCABLE - friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you!

Tolles Hotel abseits der Touristenpfade
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eher barock, alles in allem angenehm. Manchmal ist etwas Geduld gefragt, aber es klappt immer alles. Die Umgebung (Chinatown) ist farbig, aber sicher, die Metrostation Carriedo in Gehdistanz um die Ecke. In ca. 15-20 Minuten Spaziergang gelangt man über eine Pasig-Brücke nach Intramuros.
