I will not return. It was fine as the location is great, but overall, a subpar experience.
Pros:

Location was great. But there is lots of competition in the Josefov, and this place doesn't compete.

Cons:

AC didn't work. Staff messed up my reservation and I arrived with no room, even though I had evidence of extending my reservation. This is a long story and let it just be said that most travelers would be enraged with what happened to me. I was relaxed but there were multiple mistakes.

A viagem dos sonhos.
Pros:

O quarto em que ficamos é simplesmente maravilhoso com vista para a praça e igreja.
O café da manhã é muito bom com muitas variedades deliciosas.
Tem uma pizzaria anexa que faz uma pizza deliciosa.
Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e tudo foi muito mais do que esperávamos.

Really friendly and helpful
Pros:

Lovely staff and vibe. Beautiful room with big wooden beams and gorgeous old wooden furniture. Nice a close to all the touristy stuff. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. Nothing that I didn’t like.

Pros:

The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town, in a beautiful historic building. All the main attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city on foot.
We had the feeling that everything was provided for us — and even more. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet.

Cons:

The parking is located a little farther away, but you can drive up to the hotel to check in and check out, which is very convenient.
The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but these minor inconveniences are understandable and seem to be the downside of staying in such a historic and central location.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was perfect.
