Pros:

Posizione fantastica, in centro a Sedona Uptown.
Parcheggio comodo.
Pulizia buona.
Anche se non è disponibile l'opzione colazione in fase di prenotazione, all'entrata in reception, tutte le mattine è presente un piccolo buffet con caffè, barette, yogurt e frutta. Super apprezzato!

Pros:

La vista sulle montagne, grandezza della camera e bagno molto spazioso.

Cons:

La pianta che spaccava nel mezzo la bellissima vista della montagna (problema solo della nostra camera).
Zona molto trafficata.
Ristorante messicano praticamente fuori dalla finestra che emanava un forte odore di carne.
Aria condizionata MOLTO rumorosa.
Non siamo riusciti a rilassarci per i fattori sopra esposti.

Pros:

Room was a little funky.. but relatively clean.. Good beds and good facilities. We were next to the Ice machine which sounded off every hour in a demonic growling sort. I;d stay again. Location is great. No complaints. Location is where it is at.... which is A1.

It was a fantastic remodeled vintage property in the heart of the town with free parking
Pros:

The room was spacious and remodeled to good specifications and the bathroom was spacious too, considering the age of the property. The location was great and walkable.

Cons:

Nothing. I understood exactly what I was getting in this property.

The house was adequate for the five of us so we ended up having a good stay in Sedona.
Pros:

We did not stay at the actual hotel but checked in and out there so we have no knowledge of that facility. We did use the pool at the hotel and it was great! The laundry room at the house was adequate as was the TV and seating situation. The location was very good!

Cons:

Again, we stayed in the Chalet which is connected to the hotel but is a seperate house. The house has deferred maintenance, the deck was a mess (peeling paint, rotten boards, etc.) not enough places for people to eat except outside on the deck. Unfortunately, it was too hot to actually use that table.
