Location and free parking
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experience with a front desk employee, Eddy (Eduardo).
During my interaction with him, I found his behavior to be unprofessional, dismissive, and discourteous. I felt that he was more attentive and accommodating to guests of a different race, which left me feeling that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against.
Additionally, I believe his decision to deny me services appeared to be based on his personal emotions rather than any legitimate concern or policy. At no point did I present a threat or behave in a manner that would justify refusing service.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, as all guests deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness regardless of their background. I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of your review and any steps that will be taken to address this concern. I did speak with the assistant manager in regards to this issue Wednesday, July 22, which she was very helpful and courteous. She did advise. I should receive a one night day in approximately a week. Which I will follow up with Wyndham rewards in about a week to see if I received the credit however this situation was not only about money. It was about fairness and discrimination. I would like to know a outcome of this situation.

A região não eh boa, o hotel também tem o básico, nada a reclamar mas também nada demais, estacionamento gratuito é bacana.
