okay except access to the car park
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable

Cons:

I would not have booked the Hotel if I had realised that the car park was above the Hotel and only accessible by a long flight of steps. We were an elderly group and two of us had medical problems.

the perfect place to stay for a short break in an area with lots to see and do.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and very good value

Cons:

The instructions for finding the car park that are available online could be better. Once we'd checked in and the receptionist told us, then it was obvious.

Pros:

Room was excellent. Food was good. Attention from Reception was excellent

Cons:

Mobile reception is not good, but that is not the hotels fault.
Perhaps the addition of a mini fridge would go down well

loved Llandeilo and will come back
Pros:

location of the hotel was great
staff excellent especially the male staff at breakfast
breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and fresh fruit

Cons:

really struggled with the steps down from the car park (ended up walking all the way round which made it a bit of a treck) and also with the stairs to our room on the top floor. the lack of lift would put me off staying again unfortunately, as i have a disability with my knees and could have managed one flight of stairs ok but not 4!

A most pleasant and relaxing stay in a hotel of great charm..
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, large room, interesting "high-tech" shower, quiet and clean. My wife was pleased to find most of the staff could speak her first language - Welsh. Large car park.

We were married 55 years ago and after dinner on our last night we were given a beautifully presented very large chocolate brownie and excellent chocolate ice cream (plenty for two) with happy anniversary written in large chocolate letters. Lovely and much appreciated gesture.

Fabulous place to stay - would love to return and will definitely recommend to others.
Pros:

The room was immaculate with a superb comfy big bed and exceptionally modern ensuite with a separate bath and shower. Breakfast was superb - service lovely and a good choice.
