Great stay for traveling to an event at the Prudential Center
Pros:

The shuttle from the airport was free and easy to use. The hotel is a great location to walk to and from the Prudential Center. My room was clean and quiet. I was able to prepay and didn't experience any issues with that at check in.

Cons:

I didn't really have any major problems. The batteries in my tv remote were dying, and I was told that the room would have streaming services on the TV, and mine didn't at least.
