Pros:

The hotel is lovely, the room is incredibly spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was amazing.

Cons:

We received mixed information regarding the airport shuttle. It does not run every 30 minutes prior to 7am, and we were told we had to be in the lobby an hour beforehand if we wanted to catch it at 5am as it could not be pre-booked and they needed to advise in advance that there were guests to pick up at the hotel. When we arrived in the lobby the shuttle was already parked at the doors, but we waited almost an hour until it actually left. This was not ideal when travelling early with children.

Pros:

Quarto super confortável e limpo, café da manhã pago à parte mas bem completo. Localização nao amei a região, mas é segura. Estacionamento pago mas justo ao lado do hotel e seguro. Recepção muito cordial.

Cons:

Funcionário do café é extremamente seco e frio. Os do estacionamento também.

Ideal für TUI Kreuzfahrer , da Lage zum Schiff und Weg nach New York in der Mitte ist.
Pros:

Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel klappte sehr gut.
Auch der Transfer zur Path jede 30 Minuten war sehr gut.
Gute Betten, aber die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut

Cons:

Das Frühstück für 2 Personen mit Tipp und Steuer für 48 Euro war für die Auswahl und dem unfreundlichen Personal
viel zu hoch!

Cheap and cheerful value for money
Pros:

Decent location for Cape Liberty, friendly staff, comfortable main bed and lovely shower

Cons:

The kids beds were ridiculous, bunk bed with the top bunk mattress the same height as the safety rail - not ideal for 13 & 11 year olds

Pros:

Čisti ručnici svaki ali baš svaki dan a bili smo 10 dana. Dopuna bočica vode i kapsula kave također svaki dan. U sobi se nalazi glačalo i stol za peglanje, što je nama mnogo značilo. Ukratko prezadovoljni smo sa svime, također hotel je udaljen 1,5 min od autobusne stanice i 7 min od vlaka koji voze direktno u centar NYC.
