Cleanliness
8.9
Multiple comments note rooms and property were clean and modern (部屋がきれい, établissement propre, 清潔). Some bathroom water spill issues were reported but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as welcoming and very kind; helpful check-in/check-out and luggage hold noted. A couple of minor service points (self-service pajama exchange) but overall service is a strong positive.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised for proximity to stations and venues (伏見駅, near Nagoya station, close to dome and city), easy access to sights and transport.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed feedback: some found room size adequate but others called rooms small or dated; issues reported with bright lighting, shower curtain/drain leakage and occasional water pressure problems, lowering room-quality score.
Amenities
8.7
Good amenities cited: complimentary breakfast, plentiful in-room outlets, security card key and elevator security, well-stocked room amenities. Minor elevator crowding complaints in mornings.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt it was a good cost-performance choice (コスパ良い), while others found it quite expensive; overall moderate score reflecting that split.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast repeatedly highlighted as a major positive—tasty, varied, healthy options, good coffee and local specialties. Some noted limited variety in one review and occasional peak-time crowding.
Overall Experience
7.2
Generally comfortable stays with many guests willing to return; however, recurring functional issues (bathroom drainage, elevators, early checkout time for some) moderate the overall experience for some visitors.

利便性良く、清潔コスパ良い最新ホテル
Pros:

入室の際のカードキーシステムはセキュリティ面でも最新、無ければエレベーターも作動しない。朝食バイキングも種類はともかく、ヘルシーで野菜豊富な煮物、スムージーが良くコーヒーも本格的に美味しい。

Cons:
