Pros:

連住4晚，每天都把房間整理得很乾淨，公共空間明亮，服務人員的態度都很熱心、友善。

Cons:

早餐選擇性較少，對偏好西式早餐的人來說有點空虛，水果好像是罐頭水果，但對喜歡傳統早餐的人來說，應該還不賴。
自助洗衣機只有3台，要等很久。

Pros:

櫃檯人員很親切，行李寄放服務超棒！
房間空間寬大，設備齊全、房間有地毯但是清潔非常乾淨（我是易過敏的，住了兩晚都沒有過敏發作），離伏見站很近

Pros:

Die Lage und Zimmergröße ist gut.

Cons:

Frühstück: kleiner Frühstücksraum für die Hotelgröse, wenig Auswahl (selbst für jap. Verhältnisse), sowohl bei den süßen als auch deftigen Gerichten und Getränken (gab z.B kein Kartoffel, keine Softdrinks), Pappbecher statt richtiger Gläser, aufgeteiltes Plastikbrett statt Teller

Hotel: Ingesamt überall ein muffeliger/fischiger Geruch (warum kein eigener Signature-Duft ?); Aufzug hält unnötigerweise immer im 2 Stock bei der Rezeption

Zimmer: ebenfalls der o.g. Geruch vorhanden, nur durch die Klimaanlage und das Inoisationsgerät bekommt man einen neutralen Geruch im Zimmer; das vorhandene Kissen ist zu klein und zu hart, das zusätzlich geholt Kissen hatte eine Art Kugelmatte in sich, somit als Kissen auch nicht brauchbar.

Kommunikation: trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde über die Booking-App (Chat) über laute Gäste im Stock über uns nach 22 Uhr wurde über Tage hinweg nicht reagiert, Beschwerde an der Rezeption war dann i.O.; Englisch-Kenntnisse der MA ebenfalls ausbaufähig
