Als Hotel vor dem Rückflug nach Europa super

Gute Lage zum Airport Haneda mit kostenlosem Shuttel. Modernes Hotelkonzept, angenehmes Flair in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Kostenloses Shuttel zum und vom Stadtzentrum Kawasaki

Cons:

Doppelzimmer definitiv, wie in Japan allgemein viel zu klein für 2 Gäste mit Koffern. Bistro/Restaurant schließt bereits um 20:00. Frühstück leider erst ab 7:00 (ungünstig bei den vielen frühen Abflügen von Haneda).

Closeness to airport. Cleanliness of rooms.

Cons:

The restaurant on the ground floor was holding a comedy night, therefore all the paying hotel guests had no where to go for dinner, except walk 10 minutes through back streets to a 7/11. We found this unacceptable and uncaring for paying visitors.

Gonna stay at a different location next time.
Pros:

Close to airport and free shuttle.

Cons:

Staff was not impressive. Room size and comfort were less than expected. Little room to lay out your bags without moving furniture. All rooms were the same, except adding additional cost for two bottles of water, floor level and view.

Airport shuttle and an onsen make a very nice stay!
Pros:

Very modern and clean. Has a free airport shuttle to Haneda. They also had a nice onsen in the building. We were only there for one night before a flight out, but we would plan to return for other trips.

Pros:

This was my second time staying with this hotel. Customer service is wonderful. Last minute booking due to flight delays in Los Angeles. Just minutes away from the airport and free shuttle service. Breakfast on the first visit was delicious but my second visit was even better than before!

Cons:

I wish the restaurant was open a little bit later but I understand people have families. Great thing is 7-11 is a 2 minute walk. Love 7-11

Un bel hôtel, près de l'aéroport
Pros:

Un bel hôtel et une jolie chambre. La possibilité d'accéder à un sento public. Une navette gratuite depuis la gare de Kawasaki et vers l'aéroport.

Cons:

Les chambres n'étaient pas très grandes. Et si l'hôtel est effectivement à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, il est également à une bonne quinzaine de minutes de tout restaurant, et à 20 minutes en transport du centre ville de Kawasaki.
