Pros:

Fantastic hotel for a very reasonable price. The lobby, bar, library, interior, spa, rooms, location. Been here before and would return. Highly recommend

다시 가고 싶은 완벽한 곳.
Pros:

Public Bath spa 시설을 들어가보니 굉장히 청결하고 모든 설계가 이용객의 편의를 고려해서 매우 세심하게 만들어진 걸 깨달았어요. 리솔의 다른 지점도 묵어봤지만 트리니티 교토 점의 강점은 목욕탕, 여탕 안의 정수기, 시설 내의 얼음과 전자레인지, 그리고 세탁기도 있고 편의를 고려한 여러 시설이 잘 되어있다는 점이예요.

보안도 철저하고요. 또 객실도 조용하고 좋은 방을 받아 마음에 들었고 감사해요.

어매니티도 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 종류가 다양하고 여행자에게 매우 유용하며 대접받는 기분이예요.
특히 목욕탕의 모든 어메니티는 POLA인데 피부가 좋아졌어요.

중정이 아름답고 매일 있는 마이코 공연이 좋아요.

직원분들이 따뜻하게 맞이해 주셔서 안심되고 들어간 순간 마음이 놓이고 벌써 좋아졌어요.

조식은 비싸지만 (1인 4만원) 저는 조식은 안 먹고 그 시간에 목욕을 하고, 교토 시야쿠쇼 근처 오래된 노포 식당과 가게를 탐방하며 오래된 가게의 요리를 맛보았어요. 너무 배부르면 맛있는 걸 못먹으니까요.

다양한 이벤트가 있어서 좋아요.

Cons:

1.중정에 있는 화장실 시설이 흡연실과 나란히 있는 구조인데, 환기구를 공유하는지 여자 화장실 안이 담배냄새로 가득 차서 그 점이 힘들었어요. 개선이 필요해요.

2.마이코 공연 후 포토타임을 가질 때 어느 미국인이 무례하게 마이코를 대했고 일행인 일본인 여성이 그걸 부추겼는데, 너무 놀랐어요. 호텔 측에서 그런 건 강경하게 미성년자인 마이코를 보호하고 제지해주면 좋겠습니다. 보디가드가 필요해 보이더라구요.

Bom hotel que cumpre os standards necessários para uma estadia confortável.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos não é por defeito efectuada numa base diária embora tal se torne possível colocando um sticker no lado de fora da porta.

Lovely hotel with onsen
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and offered extra 'activities' at some times (e.g. watching a geisha performance). The onsen was excellent and the room was relatively spacious by Japanese standards.

Cons:

We added the breakfast on some mornings and felt it was quite expensive for what is offered.
