- Access to swimming pool is limited to 2 hours/day maximum and reservation for sunbed have to be made in advance to the reception.
- Once the swimming pool area have reached maximum capacity in order to allow safe social distance, we cannot guarantee the possibility to reserve a place a such day and time.
Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room.
During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time or do not show up, it will be considered a "no-show" and your seat may be allocated to people physically waiting at the Rooftop.Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027

The Social Hub in Florence was truly a great experience. From our welcome email and checking in early to a cozy bed at night and everything in between. We loved the roof top pool and bar. Such great views. The breakfast was wonderful. I’m glad we selected to have that included. And always great service. One of the staff members who runs the breakfast I believe set up watch parties for the final three games of the World Cup which included food and drinks.
It was an amazing experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Vriendelijk personeel, het zwembad en de rooftopbar. Propere kamers, mooie tuin.
Het zwembad zou iets langer mogen open zijn, tot 18u is kort. Het ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde, goed maar geen variatie. Voor het eten en drinken in de bar kan het misschien iets goedkoper, het eten wat meer gewoon.
