- Access to swimming pool is limited to 2 hours/day maximum and reservation for sunbed have to be made in advance to the reception.
- Once the swimming pool area have reached maximum capacity in order to allow safe social distance, we cannot guarantee the possibility to reserve a place a such day and time.
Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room.
During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time or do not show up, it will be considered a "no-show" and your seat may be allocated to people physically waiting at the Rooftop.
Please note: a €50 pre-authorization will be placed on your card at check-in to cover any potential incidentals. This amount is temporarily reserved and will be released after your stay.Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027

The location was a further out of the centre of Florence than we thought - still walking distance.
The pool area gets very busy and it is difficult to get a seat if you arrive in the afternoon.

La piscina è più una grande vasca. È utile a rinfrescarsi e a godere del panorama dei tetti di Firenze mentre si è in acqua ma non è una piscina per nuotare. L'area intorno, inoltre, è piccola e sempre, quindi, molto affollata. Un bel dehors ma non rilassante.
De locatie was top, een 10 minuten lopen en je bent in t centrum van Florence. En het ontbijt was wel echt top ook.
De zwembad tijden in de avond tot 19.00 uur was erg jammer. En dan werd het een rooftop bar met verplicht kleding aan, dus genieten van het laatste stukje zon was minder.

The hotel is great with a great rooftop pool! The cafe is convenient for quick mornings. Luggage storage and laundry were very useful in the middle of our longer trip
It took a long time to get a laundry machine and we did not finish laundry until almost 1 in the morning.

La cura di trovare la camera pronta (anche con l’arrivo in anticipo) con un regalo di benvenuto
Anche se molto grande si è percepita la cura e l’interesse per ogni singolo ospite
L’emplacement : à 15 min à pied du centre, et surtout, juste en face de la ligne de tram qui rejoint directement l’aéroport (T2) !
Autres plus : le petit déjeuner hyper complet, la beauté du lobby/bar, les équipements de l’hôtel (la salle de sport est ouf, la piscine, la laverie…), la gentillesse des travailleurs… Bref je recommande nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Attention : il faut se battre ou être chanceux pour avoir une place autour de la piscine sur le rooftop.
