During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. It was a bit of a walk into the historic centre (about 20 mins which isn't that bad expect in the summer heat)

Lovely staff, gorgeous views
Pros:

I enjoyed a fantastic holiday to Florence with my son, made extra special with our stay here. All the staff from reception, night staff, pool bar staff and restaurant staff could not do enough for us. Fantastic 5* customer service.

The pool bar was knock out, we a fantastic panoramic view of Florence. Simply beautiful.

My son used the gym and the breakout areas, which were fantastic facilities which helped manage his severe ADHD as he had many safe places within the hotel to burn energy.

The room was basic but very comfortable and a lovely temperature.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy as it is directly opposite the tram stop.

The hotel is a short walk to the city centre, with Florence offering so much in terms of culture, food and shopping. It is an entirely unspoilt city.

Cannot recommend the hotel enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike but a fee pointers:

- better shower doors as our bathroom kept flooding (room 1047)
- sweep under the beds
- mattress protectors
- new water each day in rooms

These are tiny recommendations as the hotel is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Fin takterass med pool. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Stenhårda sängar. De försökte hjälpa till med en extra bäddmadrass men det hjälpte föga.

Séjour de 2 jours/2 nuits sur Florence. L'hôtel a largement participé à rendre notre séjour agréable
Pros:

Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Le buffet de petit déjeuner parfait. Les personnels sont souriants et facilitant. Le design général de l'hôtel très sympa, et sa situation plutôt bien placée (15 mn max du centre à pied). La salle de sport en roof top est très sympa.
