観光に便利な立地でした
Pros:

地下鉄の駅や空港リムジンバスの停留所からの道が分かりやすい点。また、バス停やコンビニも近くにあり、江南も近いので観光にはとても便利だった点。お水やコーヒーなども用意されており、あれこれ買い込んで帰らなくても良かった点。

Cons:

ヨッサム駅からの道のりが急な坂になっており、なかなかの悪路だったので、スーツケースを押しながら向かうと、地図で見る以上に遠く感じた点。また目の前の道路の交通量が多く、夜中でも走行音がするので音に敏感な方は注意が必要だと思われます。また、たまたまだとは思いますが、最終日の真夜中に道路工事が始まり、地ならしの際の音と振動で到底眠れなかった点。

値段の割には設備が良くいな
Pros:

日本語が出来るスタッフがいた事。繁華街や駅と近かったので移動や買い物が楽でした

Cons:

部屋に小さいムカデのような虫がいて布団はザラザラしていました…オマケに他人の髪の毛まで…WiFiは繋がりが悪いし…

快適でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

推し活で滞在しました。日本語ができるフロントの方が見えて助かりました。ロケーションはとても便利で部屋も毎日清掃して頂き、バスタブには一本も毛髪は落ちていませんでした。シャワーの使い方が分からずフロントのおじさんが部屋まで来て頂き説明してもらいました。

Cons:

特に見当たらず、強いていえば冷蔵庫の冷気が弱かった気がしますが説明書もなく特段困ったわけではないのですが改善してもらえたらいいと思います。

トイレとバスルームが別でよかった☺︎清潔

ボディソープ？ジェルがそんなに泡立たなかったのと、隣の部屋の宿泊者が夜中うるさかった

Overall a comfortable stay, affordable price, and spacious room with a great location.
Pros:

Location was great with my room having a street view of the nearby cathedral. Price was good. There is a convenience store right around the corner and the room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The rain shower head in my bathroom was only partially working as there was a leak spraying off to the side when I attempted to use it, the other two functions worked fine. The shower amenities were small tubes with caps that had to be twisted to open so I would've preferred something easier to use such as a pump dispenser.

清掃以外は良かったと思います。
Pros:

ベッドの寝心地も良く駅から近くて場所が便利でした。空調の調節ができて快適でした。スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の清掃があまり行き届いてなかったです。
ベッドの傍にゴミが落ちていたり床が汚れていました。
