Catered for my dietary requirements.
Helpful staff. Looked after my luggage during the day. Helped me carry my luggage up to the third floor.
Good kettle. Brought me oat milk for my tea.
The room was noisy in the afternoon because of the refurbishment going on.
The room was too hot and I had to ventilate it by opening windows and keeping the room door open for a while. At least the extractor fan worked well.

Late opening reception was very helpful for late check in. Breakfast was excellent and very efficient with pre-order the night before. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
