Beautiful location
Pros:

The village location is beautiful and the hotel staff were always helpful and happy. The layout of the hotel is very attractive and we would have had an evening meal there... but we wanted to see the village and try the local taverns. The entire hotel was very well kept and very clean.
Parking was easy and the road was very quiet. We had a great evening

Cons:

We had to pick items for breakfast, the night before. We weren't restricted to what we could pick, but it's difficult to know what I will fancy the next day without being greedy and ticking many things in order to cover all options

A lovely hotel and restaurant in wonderful, peaceful surroundings.
Pros:

A comfortable room, very friendly and attentive staff, good restaurant food and superb breakfast. The surrounds are wonderful offering good views and many opportunities for hiking and sightseeing.

Die Matratzen (Betten) waren ein Traum - schon lange nicht mehr so gut und schmerzfrei geschlafen 🙃 Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts und das angeschlossene, gute Restaurant machte das ganze perfekt.

Pros:

Wir konnten unser Fahrrad in der Garage unterstellen und aufladen. Das Konzept beinhaltet Frühstück, dass man den Tag vorher bestellen muss finde ich etwas ungewöhnlich. Einerseits eine nette Idee weil es mehr Ruhe gibt als beim Buffet und anderseits wusste ich z.B. nicht was bedeute 1 x Käse, eine Scheibe? Es waren dann 3. Man kann auch jederzeit nachbestellen, dass ist natürlich super. Die bestellten Sachen waren auf einer Etagere angerichtet und mit Folie abgedeckt, was ich bei einem Hotel was sich sonst für Nachhaltigkeit stark macht etwas unschön finde.

Cons:

Auf einer Bettwäsche waren Blutflecken und wir hatten einige dunkle Haare im Bett. Die Standardfrage ob wir eine gute Anreise hatten hätte man sich verkneifen können nachdem ich offensichtlich komplett durchnässt durch den Hagel mit dem Rad gefahren bin.
