Poor stay, would not stay there again even if it was free
Pros:

Outside hotel was nice

Cons:

The price of rooms, room 219 stains on walls and carpet, no key given for room,
Room 228 water ran on floor from shower, was a green slug in shower when my colleague was showering, stains on carpet, phone reception and WiFi were poor

Pros:

Close to the sea and shops,

Cons:

Room was very small, bathroom was claustrophobic, shower weak.windows let in too much noise. Breakfast was awful.

Expectation was not met

Cons:

No breakfast even though we offered to pay extra charges to the hotel. The bedroom has no wall socket next to the bed, which is very disappointing, the shower water flow was very poor, the shower enclosure was very small for a large person. We were told checkout was at 10 am however, at 9am we were putting our luggage in the vehicle at the time when we went up into the room their was a lady putiing our stuff in a pile in order to clean the room.. Checkout is 10am the staff should not be coming into the room until we had fully checked out which had been done before 10am. We did complained at the front desk regarding a staff being in the room before checkout. The reply at the front desk they are very sorry.

Couldn’t purchase breakfast as stated on booking.com so not sure if it’s hotel error or yourselves. Rooms above entertainment room I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very loud.

Location was very good. Hotel Staff were friendly. Bonus little car park at the back of the hotel. Clean rooms. Overall not bad.

Cons:

Shower didn’t have much pressure. A bit dated and could do with a freshen up.
