Pros:

Everything was just perfect for a business trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always trying to help.

Excellent friendly staff, super convenient location, interesting old building and lovely decore.
Pros:

Quite luxurious in terms of its bedding and window furnishings etc. We had a chaise couch which allowed us to spread out a bit. Water with mint and lime in the lobby was terrific.

Cons:

For us it was expensive but that’s a lot to do with the exchange rate.

Das einzige positive ist die Lage zum Genfer See, das ist aber auch schon alles

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer für 5 Übernachtungen gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein DZ auf der 1. Etage direkt über der Leuchtreklame, an der Straßenseite und gegenüber einer Schule, es war sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, diese tropfte auf das Sofa, nach Reklamation wurde die Klimaanlage einfach abgeschaltet und nicht repariert. Die Zimmer werden lt. Aussage des Personals nur zwischen 14 Uhr und 18 Uhr gemacht, bis auf eine Ausnahme war das auch so. Normalerweise macht man die Zimmer wenn die Gäste das Hotel nach dem Frühstück verlassen haben. Die ganze Woche waren es 30°C und mehr, wir mussten mittags im Zimmer verweilen weil es viel zu heiß war, sich den ganzen Tag draußen zu bewegen. Die 1. Etage wurde ab 17 Uhr gereinigt, eine Tür nach der anderen wurde zugeschlagen anstatt leise geschlossen. Den Kranen im Bad musste man bei Benutzung festhalten weil dieser total locker war und sich gedreht hat. Der Kranen wurde am 3. Tag befestigt. Die Matratze war total durchgelegen, wenn man sich zur Seite gedreht hat, musste man aufpassen, nicht aus dem Bett zu fallen. Trotz der Hitze waren dicke Einziehdecken auf dem Bett. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine schlechten Bewertungen, dieses Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert, das Frühstück für 17 CHF können sie ebenfalls vergessen.
