Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. Nonostante sia un hotel a due stelle, ho trovato tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi.
Lo staff è stato davvero cordiale, gentile e disponibile, sempre con un atteggiamento professionale e accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto anche la pulizia e l’ordine degli ambienti, che per me sono aspetti fondamentali quando si soggiorna fuori casa.

Nel complesso ho trovato un ambiente tranquillo, curato e ben gestito. Un’esperienza sicuramente positiva e un buon rapporto tra il servizio offerto e la categoria della struttura.
Consigliato a chi cerca un posto semplice, pulito e con un personale attento e disponibile.

Nice but would not go back because of the check in policy and the lack of flexibility

It is new and clean

Cons:

They have this absurd policy about check in. It is only possible to check in from 17:30 to 20 afterwards ‘the access to the facility is not permitted’ they would call you the day before and tell you so. Now, the only reason why you need to check in person is to give them copy of your ID and sign a privacy agreement. These two things can easily be done by email/whatsapp priori to the arrival. There is no need to threaten customers that had already paid for the room while it is likely that in most cases a delay in check in cannot be customer’s responsibility (eg delay of a flight).
