Great location
Pros:

The location, food & the staff. The free parking was an added bonus.

Cons:

The heat. Bedroom very hot, although there was a fan provided.

Quaint but ready for refurbishment.

Cons:

The overall look and condition of the room really is ready for at the least an upgrade to fittings and decor also uneven and squeaky floor in bathroom.

Soggiorno "infuocato" ma in posizione comodissima
Pros:

Il parcheggio gratuito a disposizione vicino alla strutrura ; la cordialità e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff (dalla reception alla sala colazione e ristorante cena); la posizione comoda sia per visitare punti di interesse (spiaggia, musei, castello) che per raggiungere l'Open Theatre sede di concerti estivi (circa 20 min a piedi, 5 min con auto); diversi negozi nelle vicinanze. Possibilità di fare colazione con pasti caldi oltre che con un buffet minimale.

Cons:

La temperatura della stanza e del bagno (stanza 46 - quarto piano): caldissima nelle ore notturne e nelle prime ore del mattino in quanto esposta al sole, le tubature al bagno inoltre emanano calore tutto il giorno. Nella stanza vi era un ventilatore per nulla efficace. Inoltre durante le prime ore della mattina la stanza è pervasa dall'odore di fritto e pesce che sale dalla cucina della struttura.

Would definitely come again and recommend to other people.
Pros:

Food excellent. Staff very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Clean and comfortable surroundings.

Cons:

Air conditioning or extra fans would be great as the room temperature was uncomfortable in hot weather.
A fridge would be useful for snacks and so we could buy fresh milk.

An enjoyable 5 night stay in a comfortable friendly hotel. Quite expensive at £166/night B&B.
Pros:

Staff attention was good. Meals were good. Breakfast was very good. A warm friendly hotel. A very nice dining and lounge area with good service.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. On arrival we found hair and brown stains inside some drawers. There was no air-conditioning to the room we were in although fans were provided. The room was very warm and we had to prop some windows open for ventilation. It was a very warm summer! A bit expensive at £166/night bed & breakfast (for 2) though the room was spacious.
