The hotel was very clean and attractive. It is in a very good location. Easy to get the town and to the beach.
Bathroom floor was quite slippy even when dry.
Breakfast was nice hotel public areas nice.
Noone took our bags at the door before parking as it said on the email. Free car park very small only 1 really tight space to park in. Rooms very small.

Location of hotel is excellent, just a short walk to the town centre and very near the tramway to go down to the seafront and back again,the breakfast was good , lots of choice from cereals,fruit, yoghurt and pastries and also a fully cooked breakfast if you wanted one with good choices, the room was considerably smaller than the last time we stayed here even though we paid for the super king bedroom , it felt more compact and not as spacious , I did ask reception if we had been put in the correct room as I couldn’t believe how small it was, she said we had, which I wasn’t too happy about , but they didn’t seem interested but all I can say it was adequate, there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bottled water, we had a very nice walk in shower and no bath which I did request , so our needs were met there. There is a small lift ,which helps so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs, the lounge area is spacious and airy , and the staff are very nice, friendly welcoming and pleasant. All areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy ,and a nice atmosphere about the place, There is free undercover parking available if you are staying at the palm court which is just around the corner from the hotel which is a bonus
On this occasion, the size of the room
Perfect position in the town. Easy access to shopping, beach, rail station and bus services. Excellent public areas and dining areas.
The room was too hot at night - but a fan was provided - the UK was in the middle of a 'heat-wave' at the time!
Everything especially the staff in dining room and night porter very helpful went out of there way to help also very polite 👍

Top rooms are very small and corridor and rooms retained alot of heat.lots of dead flys on the stair well every day.
