Around it was good the breakfast was fine and the bedroom was fine

Breakfast was good. Room was fine it would be nice if the was a walk in shower as a lot of older people people don't like it over the bath and feel safer with a walk in shower.

Downstairs is lovely, very polite ataff, great food, great location

Room was very hot, even with our own fan in full, the supplied fan in the room on full and windows open at night, dirty towels on floor near lift for 2 days, dripping tap, room not cleaned if someine is staying just 1 night (or so says the staff when questioned), NEEDS aircon

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and the fact you get a free parking space is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was really small not even anywhere to sit. The rooms could do with modernising as the furniture is very dated and would benefit a ick of paint. We also had a terrible smell in our room

Excellent stay we will return soon keep up the high standards food was excellent

Everywhere was tastefully decorated clean and felt like you were in a luxurious hotel staff were polite exceptionally attentive to our needs

Cons:

Our bathroom floor was very noisy when walking on it we understand it is an old property the room didn’t make noise like bathroom felt bad going to the toilet several times in the night saying this it was a huge bathroom very clean I’m sure you can’t do anything with the floor just one of those things
