بالنسبة لي كان خيارا ممتازا بسبب قرب الفندق من مستشفى ابولو ووجود الإفطار والعشاء لديهم شجعني على الحجز لأنه كانت لدي تجربة سابقه في فندق آخر ولم اجد خيارات للأكل تناسبني في المطاعم العامه
الموظفون كانوا متعاونين وطيبون جدا
الإفطار والعشاء كان متنوع وأكلهم لذيذ وأخص بالشكر الموظف Neeraj والموظفة Genevir كانوا جدا متعاونين
خدمات التنظيف كانت ممتازه
وجود المسبح والمطعم في الاعلى كان متنفسا ممتازا
السعر كان مقبول مقارنة مع النظافة والخدمات

Long stay at Novotel
Pros:

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the reception team was welcoming, polite, and very helpful. They handled everything professionally and were always ready to assist with a smile.

A special thank you to the entire reception team for making my stay smooth and comfortable. The surprise Bon Voyage cake at checkout was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that I truly didn't expect. It made my departure very special.

Thank you for your excellent hospitality. I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay @ Novotel Chamiers
Pros:

We had a great stay with Novotel Chamiers.. great service and support from staffs specially Mr Sumit and Ms Swati. Lovely room and good area for easy reaching to T nagar and Pony Bazar for shopping..Happy to stay again on our next visit to chennai.
