Spacious, immaculately clean, great location and customer care delivered by all staff was world class. So attentive and caring. Made us feel like VIPs
We wanted to get away from the city alittle but still close to the city, hence, we booked this hotel! love the bed, love the staff as well. it was a seamless check-in, check out system. the room provided to us is closer to the elevator since we brought our infant. they also installed a crib for the baby, which we didn't request - but truly grateful that they did, so its easy for me to pack/unpack whilst baby is in the crib instead of in the middle of the bed. To add, there's 7 eleven, ZUS Coffee, KFC, Dominos and a 24-hr(?) mamak place - easy for us to grab a quick bite if we're hungry in the middle of the night, or needed caffeine early in the morning.
the aircond in the bedroom is not cool at all, but the ones in the living room is cool enough - hence, we slept in the living room instead. the shower hose burst on the second day of our stay, made it difficult to bath our baby. but all good, I hope, as I shared my concerns during check out and the staff took note
Good facilities, nice vibe...first experience in 2018 when we invited to do (Amali) planting herb plants ( landscape) around the property, from Uitm Student, then 2026 was my first checkin.. Thumb uppp
This hotel is noted as a 3-star hotel on google maps, I'd be happy to call this a 4-star. Although lacking in additional amenities like pool and a larger lobby, the unique industrial theming is well done throughout the lobby, dinning and rooms. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice too with a mix of local cuisine and western.
They did have ample free parking though, which was good.
Major downfall would be the location, which felt a bit far away from major touristy things, even with a private car.
I like the overall amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast feels like a bit repetitive. Maybe the choice of deserts could be change..

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintaned. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. I also liked the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Overal, the property was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.
I especially loved the mini bar section, which included a Bonmatic Mini Capsule Coffee machine—a nice touch for coffee lovers. The room was also equipped with thoughtful amenities such as an iron and ironing facilities, a small refrigerator, and complimentary mineral water, making the stay even more convenient.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
