Good location , comfortable room , spacious .
There is no drawer on the table where small items can be kept , freeing some space for laptop/tablet .
Had a fantastic stay. Love the rustic concept and vibes. Love the view from the top floor sky lounge and love the ground restaurant and café. The price per head for buffet is offerer at an extremely great deal and price point.
The gym could use more dumbell options and perhaps some fans for better ventilation. Also, it's too bad that the sky lounge is no longer as active as before. It now serves as an event space only. Would love to see it become an active spot for guests to hang out again.
Aside from that, the overall experience staying there was fantastic. Great value for money. The only major downside is the location. Although there are several eateries, amenities and shops nearby, it's still located further away from KK city. But still, great establishment. Well done 👍

Unexpected upgrade to suite
I noticed that the bed provided has small wheels, similar to a hospital bed. While the mattress is very soft and comfortable, I feel a bit uncomfortable whenever the bed moves whenever I move...😬
I am not sure if these amenities are included in the room price, but during my one-night stay, my room was not provided with a toothbrush and toothpaste, unlike other hotels I have visited before.
