Wir kommen wieder!

La struttura in generale è molto bella, piscina bellissima, prato meraviglioso, spiaggia curata con un bel chiringuito. Soggiorno carino veramente. La receptionist che ci ha accolto sia al check che al check out molto gentile e ospitale (credo si chiamasse Serena). I ragazzi del ristorante molto educati. Purtroppo si è rovesciato del vino e ci hanno prontamente cambiato di tavolo e gestito tutto al meglio.
Ci hanno fatto rimanere un paio d’ore in piscina dopo il check out

Forse perché siamo in bassa stagione non siamo a pieno regime con la qualità dei servizi. Ci avevano detto che avremmo dovuto fare sapere entro le 19 se avessimo cenato al ristorante, andiamo in reception alle 18:40 per comunicare che ci saremmo stati e ci dicono che non c’è più posto. Ovviamente ci siamo un po lamentati anche perché non era corretto, avevamo fatto tutto in orario, quindi poi sono riusciti a sistemarci un tavolo per la cena. Ho apprezzato che abbiano trovato una soluzione ma è stato un disagio inutile. La cena era alla carta ma sul menu non c’erano scritti i prezzi. Non ci è stata portata l’acqua ma era sul conto, l’abbiamo fatto presente ed è stata tolta. Ci siamo accorti la mattina che il frigo bar non funzionava, quindi l’acqua che avevamo messo in fresco è rimasta calda.
Un’ultima cosa spiacevole, che non so se è stata una mia impressione soggettiva, credo che le cameriere della colazione ci abbiano guardato male quando siamo arrivati, in particolare abbiano guardato l’orologio con un’espressione di lamento (ore 9:48, chiusura buffet colazione 10:00). Abbiamo preso la colazione prima della chiusura e non abbiamo disturbato con richieste o altro, se si deve iniziare a togliere il cibo si può fare benissimo se tutti si sono serviti, quindi se fosse vero che siamo stati guardati male è stato fatto inutilmente, dato che siamo arrivati prima della chiusura.
