No room even though booking confirmed
Pros:

They didnt prepare room for our booking, even though our booking is confirmed. The pricing method clearly says no prepayment is needed but when we arrived, they asked for recceipt and didnt prepare our room for us. So basically we need to find another hotel at late hour
