Pros:

Nothing liked

Cons:

I had booked AC room but when I checked in they said don't have ac room so at night I decided to stay in normal room. Cleaning was pathetic condition. Hotel location also not good bcoz there is liquor shop next to hotel.

If you can't find anything else, it's worth staying just to rest for the night.

Pros:

It was terrible, the guy sitting on the counter was very rude and uncultured. Not only misbehaved with me but also shouted like anything. I just told him that I am Dr. Asrar Sultanpuri about 70 years old and the facilities in the room are not as shown before booking. Instead of being polite he started shouting at me saying that if you are senior, should I place you on my head etc etc. I have received the bill for two two nights stay and I may file a complaint in Dadar Police station. Please don't recommend travellers to such hotels where the staff is rude and have no regards for elders.

Pros:

First of all, there was nothing to like at the hotel, as the hotel staff said that, the room you have booked is no longer available.

Cons:

Moreover they were offering a triple bed room which was obviously more costly, so how could i stay there.
