Fairly basic but handy location
Pros:

Handy location, close to the train station and right in the city centre's shopping district. Good air con!

Pros:

It was very clean and the location was great

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I think that's because I'm used to my own bed. The view from the window wasn't good but that's not the hotels fault because there is a large redevelopment going on outside

Wonderful family stay
Pros:

Location is super strategic. We just walked to every corner of Leeds City Center. Bus stops are nearby. Conveniently, Leeds train station is also within walking distance. We stayed in 5 beds room. We are family of 5. It was really good value for money and fit for purpose, to sleep comfortably at night and recharge energy for city tour the next day. Each bed was equipped with charging station and personal lighting. The room size is reasonable and enough to place 5 of our luggage. Bathroom was comfortable and well function. The building was also very clean. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful.

Ok for the price but don’t expect privacy in the bathroom if sharing a room and the bed and rooms are tiny with no stora
Pros:

Cons:

The double bed was tiny and uncomfortable very small room with no wardrobe or drawers
The bathroom door was clear so you had no privacy
The windows didn’t open in our room which I’m sure I read but our friends windows opened

Not much space in the room. Only two fixed coathangers. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Costa coffee vending machine available to buy in foyer
