Pros:

Right in the city centre. Plugs near the bed

Cons:

Bed and room was a lot smaller than the easy hotel in Liverpool very cramped no kettle and 2.50 for a cuppa is a joke also no spare chair so sit on the bed that’s the only option

Awful
Cons:

Awful conditions. Smelt like cannabis and I had a baby with me. Didn’t feel safe. Room was dirty and I couldn’t complete my stay. I left within an hour of checking in. Customer service was rude and unhelpful after I told them the conditions of the hotel. Avoid.

Unhelpful staff
Pros:

Where the hotel is located.

Cons:

The staff wont help me with my personal items left at the hotel after check out, no answer from emails, no answer from contact form and telephone number goes unanswered, I will probably wont stay here again, only reason I did is because it was slightly cheaper than else where.

EASY HOTEL STAY.
Pros:

How clean and tidy the place was.

Cons:

People being able to get in and this one guy wouldnt leave the pkace alone and kept saying they left a phone in one of the rooms.

Good but could have been better sith small arrangements.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. It's the city center and close to transportation means and restaurants/monuments and so on.

Cons:

The staff were just OK, not very welcoming or smiling. Also, the many corridors there make the hotel look like a maze and the the sign are somehow misleading. The hotel has the minimum basics with no desk/working space and with no table or wardrobe. There was a hanger was not practical. The rooms are not isolated and so neighbors' noise is heard and I wasn't lucky as there were some issues in the hallway with a lot of noise which made my stay unsafe and uncomfortable. I had to put something behind the door to be sure nobody wouldn't break my door open. It was a Saturday night and so this might be due to excessive drinking.
