Good enough
Pros:

Clean rooms.

Cons:

Check in started 15.09. The two ladies in reception seemed a bit confused seeing a bunch of papers and their screens and talking to one cleaning lady. Only hotel that I have been that charge for everything, even leaving your suitcase for a while.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful - close to pool which was why we were in Sheffield . Loved the soap & the air con was excellent.
