Zero customer care
Pros:

I will never use this company again , zero customer care !: Unhelpful. I book a room in Birmingham as I have a flight from Birmingham, Ilm flying with Easyjet, they changed my flight to a early flight. I emailed jet and asked if I could change the date or gave a refund. Refused. They have vacancies available on my new date. I would rather leave the room empty .
