Anjali was great!
Bed was a little uncomfortable
Anjali was brilliant room was good can’t complain🙇🏾
All good
It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Although it is very close to the train station it is not the nicest area. But there were plenty of shops near by.
Location
It’s as basic as it comes and hardly has any space to move around though it was clean
Simple clean and a good nights sleep
Nice location. Close the city centre and easy accessible. Had a great host named Anjali who was helpful and gave advice where to go.

Affordable, friendly helpful staff
The window room was crazy, floor to ceiling window which was width of the whole room, with no privacy curtain or screen, just black out curtain, and felt completely on display to people over the road in pub, felt like i was completely exposed! I suggest some sort of glass frosting for atleast bottom half of window or net curtains, as there was zero privacy and everyone can see you sitting on bed across the road! luckily they moved me to another room, but it had no windows despite paying for that.
Very convenient location, good transport links, everything you need in the doorstep. Staff were polite, friendly & professional, easy to deal with.
It is what it is, room very tight but not hidden.
Neat and clean. Affordable as well with a geat location. Staff are very nice and welcoming especially Rachel.
Very simple, very clean, just what I needed for one night. Affordable, central, simple. all good really, You don't need more than that - I got exactly what I expected.
Only concern was I plugged my hone in to charge all night and the socket I used didn't work, meaning I missed my morning alarm as my phone had died.
Room was clean. Check in and out was very easy.
Bed and cushions were uncomfortable. Lack of amenities like a kettle. Noisy, could hear next door rooms. Too expensive.
The member of staff's response was positive, ie in giving me an alternative room when l asked (said there was only 1 other room available and when l looked at it it was worse as smaller with only one window so l opted to stay in the same one (322). She came and cleaned the floor and sprayed air freshener in response to the urine smell and offered to do the whole room (but the smell returned)
I was shocked by the appearance of the room for the price paid (£88); it looked like a prison cell or a room for someone on suicide watch as it was so bare and had a plastic floor. Virually everything was fixed to the wall or floor - eg bed, clothes hangers, there was no table to work at, no hot drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom smelt of urine. My immediate and lasting feeling was not wanting to be in the room. It felt like more of a hostel in a 3rd world country and not a comfortable environment. I asked at reception for a refund, given this was not what l was expecting, there was no refund available, and l was told its really a £40 room which then made sense to me. I thought l was purchasing a stay in a better quality hotel such as Holiday or Premier Inn - which are actually cheaper (I looked on-line and there was one available that night for £72). I felt l had not option but to stay as it was 9pm at this time and too much to pay twice. The bed was actually comfortable, and l did sleep despite there being a lot of traffic noise, I appreciate it is city centre but windows are not very sound proof. The bedding seemed clean, but had old stains on it.
The staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and friendly. They are the biggest asset of the hotel. Location was good close to Birmingham New Street Station and the Bullring for shopping.
Expected basic as is an EasyHotel and could have seen past no desk, no bedside tables (small recess in headboard instead), no wardrobe (2 fixed hangers instead) however....the mattress was thin and lumpy, an extremely uncomfortable bed.
Staff were very polite and attentive. The hotel's location is great because it's close to bullring and grand central
Not great cleanliness (thick old layer of dust in certain places). The mattress needs replacing (had dent from usage). Rooms aren't very sound proof (I could hear the slightest movement from the corridor outside the room and the music from nearby bars (even with earplugs I could hear/feel the bass)
