Lors de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons malheureusement été confrontés à plusieurs points décevants qui ont fortement impacté la qualité de notre expérience.
Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a donné le ton, le personnel manquait clairement d’amabilité et de disponibilité, ce qui est particulièrement regrettable après un long trajet.
Nous avions choisi cet établissement en grande partie pour sa piscine, afin que nos enfants puissent en profiter. Or, à notre grande surprise, celle‑ci n’était pas encore ouverte lors de notre arrivée. La seule explication fournie fut que l’hôtel n’était pas tenu d’informer les clients de l’ouverture ou de la fermeture de la piscine, ce qui nous a laissés perplexes.
Le petit‑déjeuner s’est également révélé en dessous des attentes. Le choix très limité, qualité décevante et service peu attentif. Concernant les chambres, bien qu’un passage quotidien ait été effectué, le ménage restait superficiel, laissant une impression d’entretien insuffisant.
Les ascenseurs, anciens, étroits et dépourvus de climatisation, rendaient les déplacements inconfortables, surtout aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Pour couronner le tout, la sirène d’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à plusieurs reprises un matin, sans raison apparente. Cet incident a plus tard dans la journée provoqué un blocage de l’ascenseur, au moment même où ma femme montait au 5ᵉ étage. La situation a été particulièrement stressante, d’autant plus que de nombreuses personnes âgées séjournent dans cet hôtel.
En résumé, malgré les efforts visibles de certains membres du personnel, notre séjour a été marqué par un manque de professionnalisme et de confort. Plusieurs éléments essentiels n’étaient pas à la hauteur, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Frühstück sehr schlecht,wenig Auswahl, Pool ausehrbetieb,keine Info vorher, Personal Rezeption kann keine Wort deutsch ( was schwierig war das Problem mit Pool zu klären)trotz schriftliche Anfrage an das Hotel am ersten Tag (23.06) keine Bestätigung wegen Nutzung von Pool in eine anderen Hotel,erst am letzte Tag 31.06) wurde uns das ermittelt auf Nachfrage das wir das Pool nebean nützen könnten während den ganzen Aufenthalt ,was extrem enttäuschend war
