Perfect
Pros:

Our stay at Shahi Palace hotel was excellent. We decided to upgrade our room to one with a view of the Jaisalmer fort, but this was nothing to the 360 degree view from the rooftop restaurant . This was a great hang out in the heat of the day and there was nothing too much for our waiter Ketaram to supply, whether it was shades for the seating, special diet foods or simply good conversation as his English was very good. Highly recommended.

Lugar maravilloso absolutamente recomendable.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, habitaciones limpísimas, personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y restaurante en la azotea con una comida que hace Katarah y está absolutamente deliciosa. Las vistas del fuerte al atardecer y al amanecer son inolvidables. Y la noche en el desierto que hicimos con ellos fue maravillosa.

Pros:

Excellent location and comfortable rooms, with charming local handicraft decor throughout. The rooftop terrace was a great hangout spot with an epic view of the fort. Helpful staff, with a shoutout to Khetaram who provided our delicious meals and was good company (especially for cricket chat!). We were very happy with our stay.

Pros:

The owners/staff at Shai Palace took care of everything we needed - from lifts to and from the train station to arranging the desert safari (which was a great experience). The food on the roof terrace was excellent, and they were happy to serve us when we arrived late. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend it.

Great Services Hotel Shahi Palace ❤️👍

Jaisalmer की यात्रा को यादगार बनाने के लिए Hotel Shahi Palace का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद। यहाँ का स्टाफ बेहद विनम्र और मददगार है। कमरे साफ-सुथरे, आरामदायक और अच्छी तरह से मेंटेन हैं। होटल का माहौल शांत और पारिवारिक है। रूफटॉप से किले का नज़ारा शानदार दिखता है और खाना भी बहुत स्वादिष्ट था। सेवा हर समय बेहतरीन रही और हमें किसी भी तरह की असुविधा नहीं हुई। अगर Jaisalmer में अच्छी लोकेशन, बेहतरीन सर्विस और आरामदायक ठहराव चाहिए, तो मैं इस होटल की पूरी सिफारिश करता हूँ। अगली बार Jaisalmer आऊँगा तो यहीं रुकना पसंद करूँगा।

The romantic fort view from the roof top is beautiful , especially at night when it's lit up . Friendly helpful staff . Centrally located. Fort and market is in walking distance.

Such an incredible place. Location was perfect, not inside the (much too busy) fort but everything was accessible by foot which was really nice. The room was really authentic, and everything was very clean. The staff was just amazing, they came to pick us up at the train station, offered us a ride to see Bada Bagh and even invited us for dinner !! They also organised a camel safari tour which was one of the best experience I’ve had, so beautiful, peaceful and untouched desert. They took everything in charge. An incredible stay, would really recommend !!!

Ótima localização, atendimento, limpeza e cuidado com os tours. Mesmo em baixa temporada pude ficar super confortável no hotel. Adorei! Recomendo muitooo

Essen auf der Dachterrasse mit dem super Blick auf die Festung.
Toll warr, dass wir nach 20stündiger Zugfahrt um Mitternacht auf der Dachterrasse noch warmes Essen bekamen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut und war sehr laut.
In der letzten Nacht wurde ich von irgendwelchen Viechern arg zerstochen

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen
Zimmer war schön ausgestattet, Bett sehr bequem und alles sehr schön und sauber.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Während unsere Kamel-Tour konnten wir das Gepäck dort lassen und am Abreisetag das Zimmer bis nachmittags nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Nettes, kompetentes Personal, hilfsbereiit. Fuhren uns einfach so nach Bada Bagh und luden uns auf Chai in ihr Privathaus ein.
Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Fort, schönes Zimmer, gutes Restaurant. Wurden auch nach unserer Ankunft nach Mitternacht noch bewirtet.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht regulierbar und sehr laut.
Wurde von irgendwelchen Tieren zerstochen
