Pros:

TODO!!!.. Es mágico, es otro nivel, tendría que haber una puntuación para los lugares extraordinarios es injusto que solo podamos poner 10/10. El lugar evoca una época ya pasada pero con toques muy actuales y cuidados con muchísimo mimo siempre enfocado a que el cliente se sienta cómodo. El personal es de lo mejor que he tenido el placer de conocer al igual que el dueño. Te hacen sentir desde tu entrada como lo más importante del lugar. Ojalá y nunca se pierda esa mágia. Gracias familia LA PLANTACIÓN por hacer que me olvidará por unos momentos de la realidad. Volveremos a vernos 👌😉❤️.

Очень понравился персонал отеля,очень внимательные постоянно улыбались,приятно. Это не отель,а маленький райский уголок,мы очень хорошо отдохнули ,потрясающие завтраки.Спасибр большое администрации отеля.По-возможности приедем снова.

Cons:

Завтраки очень вкусные,но можно разнообразить блюда,так как когда живёшь долго,что-то хочется ещё,хотя бы фрукты ,а так все просто замечательно.

Cuesta demasiado para lo que ofrece.
La piscina no está climatizada, a pesar de constar en la foto de portada de Booking.
No tiene servicio de bar/ restaurante a partir de las 16:30h, con lo cual, o vas preparado o tienes que salir a propósito a cenar. En las condiciones de esta página ponen que tienen servicio de comidas y cenas los fines de semana, pero no es cierto. Quizás podrían preguntar a los clientes si desean tener un picoteo disponible para llevar a su habitación por la noche, estilo picnic.
Servicio y calidad de la comida bastante mejorable, sobre todo si se tiene en cuenta lo que cuesta cada plato. El desayuno tampoco se asemeja en las fotos, si quieres algo similar tienes que pagar un brunch para el cual te dan un descuento. Después de haber pagado más de 300€ por un servicio escaso, no te apetece pagar ni un céntimo más. Por cierto, no te dan nada a elegir, salvo el café.
Las zonas comunes cierran al mismo tiempo que el bar, solo te puedes mover entre tu habitación y la piscina. No sería mal plan si la piscina estuviera climatizada, pero ya indiqué anteriormente que no lo estaba.
Los amenities no son de Rituals como aparece en las fotos.
En recepción están expuestas las tarifas oficiales donde se tiene que indicar el precio mínimo y máximo por temporada. Ahora en temporada alta indica máximo 270€ y nosotros pagamos 313€. Además del engaño, un auténtico despropósito teniendo en cuenta lo que ofrecen.
Nos marchamos muy decepcionados.

Excellent overall, all that I expected/wanted. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

I enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast, far preferable to the buffet style of other hotels. I loved 24 hr access to the pool. A Dyson hair dryer a real bonus!

Cons:

Cardboard cups to make drinks in the room, also need a teaspoon or the stirrer replenished.

Paradijs!
Pros:

Het was in onze beleving 5 sterren waard! Het personeel en de bediening in het restaurant waren zeer vriendelijk en altijd opgewekt. We kregen zelfs een keertje een flesje rosé aangeboden tijdens de lunch.
Alles werd goed onderhouden door een zeer vriendelijke tuinman die elke dag het zwembad schoonmaakte, de planten water gaf en netjes bijhield, het zag er allemaal keurig en idyllisch uit. Zwembad lekker warm en groot genoeg.
De kamer was heel groot, de bedden lagen heerlijk en zelfs de kussens waren fijn (wat altijd best wel een dingetje is).
We hadden er ook een terras bij met een tafel met stoelen en een heerlijk grote ligbank/bed waar ze zalig op kon liggen om een boekje te lezen of een dutje te doen (in de schaduw). Het terras was omgeven met groen, waardoor je een gevoel van privacy ervaart. Vanuit je terras loop je dan zo naar het zwembad. Zelfs voor je eigen terras was een ligbed en een zit/lig stoeltje voor als je in de zon wil liggen.
Kortom, het is een paradijsje! En wij hebben er van genoten.
