Wonderful Il Belvedere.
Pros:

Wonderful stay at Il Belvedere. Perfectc location with a superb view of Matera.

Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Delicious breakfasts each morning.

Our gentlemen hosts were all lovely, nothing was a problem. Davide took extra time explaining the intriguing history of the city to us over breakfast.

We would definitely recommend Il Belvedere to fellow travellers.

Don't miss it!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the view was spectacular and the staff were lovely and helpful. It had so much character, the rooms have an old world charm and the beds were very comfy, also breakfast was fabulous. Very easy parking, great communication. I would definitely come back.

Fantastica scoperta a Matera

Per il soggiorno a Matera di due giorni (sufficienti per visitare la città se non si vuole anche andare nel parco attorno) abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo hotel per la sua posizione ottima sul confine della zona dei sassi che ti consente di non incappare nelle stradine della zona dei sassi e della ZTL ma di avere un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città.
La stanza pulita e confortevole era ricavata nella roccia ma nonostante ciò la dimensione era adeguata.
Lo staff eccezionale e disponibile soprattutto appena arrivati ci è stato fatto un briefing sulla città e sul come visitarla.
Hotel è dotato di una terrazza per fare la colazione con vista diretta sulla zona dei sassi che sia di giorno che di notte ti lascia incantato.
La colazione veramente ottima sia dolce che salato.
Chicca del hotel avere un cancello posteriore che ti porta direttamente sulle vie della zona dei sassi appena esci dalla stanza.

Nulla, è difficile trovare difetti ad una struttura gestita così bene

Perfecto para estar en Matera
Pros:

El hotel una perfección en Matera. Realmente las vista en el desayuno pagaron la estadía, esta caminado a 5 minutos del centro . El desayuno super completo y la cercanía del parking publico cubierto super.

I loved this place, it is amazing. So friendly. My friend who stayed elsewhere was able to join for breakfast, which by the way is fabulous. The view of the old city is perfect from here. It is really a hidden gem.
