Fabulous city, fabulous hotel, excellent and professional staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very peaceful and charming and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The food at both breakfast and dinner is very good quality. The room was super comfortable and the views amazing. The tour and the hotel pick up were well organised and the drivers were very friendly and professional. I will be back.

Cons:

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Just some advice in that the hotel is in an elevated position (hence the spectacular views) so do not expect to walk many places from the hotel unless you are superfit and not affected at all by the altitute. The great news is the taxi to the historic centre is less than 2 dollars.

Pros:

Views are amazing throughout the common areas and rooms. Exceptional made to order breakfast, gourmet coffee, delicious fresh fruit. Hotel restaurant serves amazing local cuisine. Convenient round trip airport transportation.

Cons:

The only "pick" was a sub-par fish ceviche at the rooftop restaurant, which I was not charged for. All of the other food was top notch, I believe the "tough fish" in the ceviche was an outlier.

Pros:

Die Lage mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf Quito. Das Frühstück und Abendessen. Es wird Wert auf gute Nahrungsmittel gelegt. Morgens gab es immer eine Schale Cerealien mit Nüssen und Joghurt dazu. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und frisches Obst. Das hat uns gut gefallen.

Der Service bei unseren Sighrseeing-Touren. Ganz prima :-)

Amazing!
Pros:

Wonderful welcome by Francisco to Ecuador. Rooms were perfect, as was the setting and the restaurant.

Cons:

Would have been a nice touch for recommendations to explore the neighborhood a bit ... perhaps even just for a short walk to a convenience store or local cafe in the neighborhood.

The property is a hidden gem.
Pros:

The layout is very unique and the decor is wonderful.

Cons:

You need to have a driver who is very capable and knowledgeable of the vicinity. Unfortunately, our driver lacked the confidence to make the maneuvers to bring us to the gated entrance.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely historic building with a stunning view over the city and incredibly welcoming and friendly
Pros:

An excellent location with a breathtaking view over the city. The hotel is in a really beautiful historic building, the room was well equipped and comfortable and a breakfast box was provided for my early start.
The staff were outstanding in their communication after my booking and there was a very warm and friendly welcome from Jennifer who went to a great deal of trouble to provide suggestions for my evening out including ringing the places to check when they closed. This really was memorably great service and all done with a big smile though I didn’t actually go out that evening as I couldn’t tear myself away from the view.
If I am ever in Quito again I would certainly stay here and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt und der Name ist Programm.
Pros:

Wunderschön dekoriertes Hotel, alles ist sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet. Aber besonders der Speisesaal und die Roof top Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.

Cons:

In Quitos Altstadt geht es ganz schön steil bergauf und bergab. Da muss man schon sehr fit sein 😅

Incredible view, very VERY hot water
Pros:

The view is INCREDIBLE!!! And the breakfast was delicious! The staff was so nice. Late check out!

Cons:

The water in the shower got so hot that I got burned very badly. They need to have a warning for tourists who are not used to this. It is just a terrible accident waiting to happen.
