Great small hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast, 5 minute taxi ($2) to historic centre

No lift to some rooms, no gym

What an amazing place! So confy… Great guy welcomed me, David. It was super clean. Breakfast was fantastic. What about the view! Great location. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This hotel is a gem!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful - with lovely details around every corner. The view is spectacular!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit juice, a late of fruit and yogurt, basket of pastries, and eggs to order.
The location was quite convenient to the Centro Historico - we walked down the hill and took taxis back up the hill.

Cons:

Truly, nothing.

So beautiful hotel with an amazing view. The staff has been so nice and helpful providing a lot of information. The breakfast was so yummy, really recommended.

Très agréable, vues incroyables et restauration très bonne. Besoin grosse renovation pour sdb et spa

superbe vue, très bon petit-déjeuner et dîner, personnel agréable, chambre vaste, beaucoup de charme à cette ancienne mansion

Cons:

Salles de bain très petites et vieillottes. Elles ont besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation et mise au goût du jour. Espace jacuzzi et hammam aussi très vieillot, et sans doute pas dutout aux normes de sécurité électrique. L'espace spa devrait être complètement détruit et reconstruit. Moyen de faire quelque chose de sympa à cette endroit.
Dommage que la nuit tombée, il n'est pas conseille de quitter ou revenir à l'hôtel à pieds.

A fascinating place I will always remember.
Pros:

Fascinating scenery and very helpful staff. James was always available to make my stay enjoyable in spite of my mobility problems.

Cons:

The very qualities of the property, its isolation between sky and earth, make life a bit difficult for a person with mobility problems.

Gorgeous hotel with spectacular views
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful with incredible views. The food was excellent (we had dinner there, breakfast there plus a boxed breakfast when we had to leave early). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small. To get that view you had to go up a steep hill. Should have ubered.
