위치랑 깨끗한 방 , 아주 맛있는 조식까지 완전 강추합니다!
우리는 2주 여행이였어서 캐리어가 좀 컸는데 이걸 펼치기엔 조금 좁다는 생각은 했습니다! 그래도 이건 사소한 단점이고 조식이 모든걸 이깁니다!!!! 세탁비는 엄청 비싸서 도보 20분 거리에 셀프 세탁실이용하세요 싸고 드라이까지 해주십니다!! 그외엔 퍼펙트한 숙소입니다!!

Чисто, и а остальном не стоит своего уровня

Cons:

Все аксессуары были приготовлены на 1 человека.
И только на 2 день после ряда звонков добились второго комплекта.
Воды 0,5л всего, салфетки есть только в ванной. И тд.
На 2 день принесли комплимент, который оказался не для нас и его просто забрали.

Schönes, freundliches Hotel in Stadtmitte, gut vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. Es gab ein sehr schönes Frühstück, Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Not very pleasant experience
Pros:

It is really nice and modern hotel. Nice location and good breakfast.

Cons:

AC system was set automatically set to 18c for time you were out of the room. Room was freezing cold with no option to get it warmer. Blanket was very thin and there was no extra one. Had to sleep with my clothes on. Fan in the bathroom was working all the time no matter what. All ventilation system was howling all night. It was no chance to have a good night sleep. Only one thin old fashion towel for shower.

Pros:

Stayed at Mercure Almaty City Center again and, as always, the experience was consistent and comfortable.

Good breakfast, comfortable room, clean shower area, and very friendly staff. The hotel is not cheap, but I keep choosing it because the quality of service is predictable and consistently meets expectations every time.

A reliable option for staying in Almaty.

Cons:

The rooms use centralized ventilation and cooling. There is a control panel in the room and the temperature can be adjusted, but at times the ventilation system can be somewhat noisy. For some guests this may not be an issue, while others may prefer quieter individual climate control systems.
