We would surely stay in this hotel again shoukdwe visit Almaty again.
Pros:

I have been in many 4 stars hotel but this is the best by far away. Other than the location is exceptional, the room was excellent, very clean and you could not hear any noises from the street. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very helpful. It is worth mentioning that Asem the staff at the reception, was very helpful.

Cons:

There is nothing I disliked about this hotel.

Top Business Hotel
Pros:

Zimmergröße und Badgröße mit Dusche sehr gut. Bequemes Bett mit bequemen Kopfkissen. Minibar. Hotelbar und Sandwitch war sehr gut. Hilfsbereites Personal, Reception und allgemein.

Cons:

TV im Zimmer hatte keine internationalen Kanäle. Minibar wurde nicht automatisch aufgefüllt. Ansonsten alles sehr gut.
