Worst experience.

Cons:

We booked three rooms for two days. Checked out within a day. Requested for cancelling a days stay but the hotel staff was very rude and dint oblige. One of the rooms we checked in had poop in d toilet and not flushed. The quilt seemed like a used one and was not even warm enough. The service in the restaurant by Muskaan was worst. She seemed very arrogant and ignored our requests. Worst experience. We left the hotel in a day inspite of booking for two days.

Pros:

Месторасположение супер! Видно и город, и Канченджунгу, до молла (площадь, «центр города») и смотровой площадки 10-15 минут. Отличная еда в ресторане, обед и ужин. Принесли обогреватель, есть горячая вода (по времени).

Cons:

Ощущение, что вообще не подметают номер, какие-то осколки стекла на ковре. Постельное то ли совсем старое, то ли несвежее.

The best place to stay in Darjeeling. Really.
Pros:

What a find. Wonderful room, bed and bathroom. A view over Kanchenjunga, staff who are wonderful and a fantastic restaurant.
The location is perfect - halfway between the Toy Train and Mall Rd.
Absolutely fantastic value.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, had all amenities and toiletries.

Cons:

Some staff were rude and lacked basic politeness. TV had no channels. I suggest to get it equipped with Netflix and Prime video.

A 3-star experience without paying for one!
Pros:

Everything, there is nothing to not like about the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. We had the best room in the hotel and it was worth every penny. If the weather would have been good, we could have seen the entire mountain range from our room itself. It is a very very very short walk to the Mall. Also, if you take a shortcut through the fancy market through the alley beside the entrance, you end up right in front of Kev's. If you are looking for a 3-star experience without paying for one, this is it! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Also, top notch cleanliness, cleaned my rooms every day. The bathroom is also well-maintained and everything worked perfectly. The food is also awesome from their restaurant.

Cons:

Well on the last day, my mom wanted to eat eggs and so she ordered 2 omelettes. First they didn't deliver it. When asked, they then mentioned they couldn't arrange for it. So we just asked them to give boiled eggs. But dear lord, they charged 150/- for 2 boiled eggs. That is definitely an overkill. But everything else, top notch!

Excellent. Absolutely recommended
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. View was great. Staff was kind. Location is nice. Close to the mall road- walkable.

Booked via booking. Com. INR 3000 for two people with breakfast Inc. It was a great deal because the room was large size and spacious and clean.
Same with washroom for room 601-6th floor.
Balcony had view of Kanchenjunga mountain on clear sunny days .

Phinzo at restaurant and Milan at reception was great to deal with. They were the only problem solvers and absolutely deserve a hike and promotion for the food hospitality they give.
Rest others at reception didn't bother to solve our issue.

The room doesn't have a fridge and hot water timing is there - morning and evening. 6 :30 am to 10 am and 6:30-9 pm.
Room service is good and quick and prompt.

The hotel is at good location. Very close to mall road. The road right next to hotel downward sloping is best shortcut to go to new market from where we get sharing cabs.

Overall, no compliants. 2-3 days are sufficient to spend in Darjeeling to explore all the places.
Car drop and pick up can be done at jai complex

Cons:

Breakfast taste was not superb.
