La ubicación.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y la habitación estaba en el segundo piso. Difícil para subir con las valijas. La segunda habitación estaba en un altillo y el baño abajo. Cuando se bañaba uno en la otra habitación no tenía presión el agua.

Great stay near Teatro Fenice!
Pros:

Great location, clean, easy to find, awesome rooftop balcony. Surprised the apartment was cleaned every day. Cooking supplies were sufficient for a longer stay. Local cafe nearby with reasonable prices if you know how to speak Italian or understand Italian breakfast culture.

Cons:

No paper towels or napkins available. Limited pillows. Shampoo bottles are tiny.

The hotel is clean, cute, great decoration, comfortable at the heart of Venice. Everything is nearby. I will stay here again. Love the hotel. 😉

Do not open windows, i am bit by mosquitoes. I woke up as it is so itchy. I have many red-dots on my face and arms 🤣🤣. However, everything is fine. I will stay here again.😌

Changement de serviettes chaque jour. Bonne literie. Belle salle d'eau.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude le soir. La porte de la chambre n'est pas étanche. Pas de télévision en français. Il manque une rampe à droite de l'escalier.. grosse poire de la douche coule quand on utilise l'autre poire. Escalier très haut et raide.

Great location and friendly staff .
Pros:

Excellent location and fabulous communication. The staff are at another location but in contact immediately via WhatsApp. Super helpful and really friendly. Roof terrace was amazing. Property was really clean. Water left in the fridge. Lots of coffee pods. Allowed us early checkin when we arrived and we left bags at sister hotel all day on our last day.

Cons:

It was quite tired inside and didn’t look as good as the pictures.

The location is very central to everything in Venice. We loved the space and having a kitchen really helps with young kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
