Leuk en authentiek hotel
Pros:

Mooi oud kasteel, authentiek en sfeervol. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad met prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Onze kamer was wat aan de kleine kant. Geen echte badkamer, douche zat verwerkt in de wand van de slaapkamer.

Wahrscheinlich beste Unterkunft in Tiflis überhaupt. Ist jedenfalls etwas ganz besonderes!
Pros:

Geniales Anwesen in perfekter Lage!
Im Hochsommer war der Pool natürlich genial, um am Ende der heißen Tage etwas abzukühlen

Cons:

Gegenüber dem hohen allgemeinen Standard ist der zimmerservice etwas abgefallen (Handtuchtausch nur auf Nachfrage)

Cons:

Helaas een pasje van een kamer verloren, mede door heel slecht weer. Daarvoor werd 80 GEL in rekening gebracht, cash afrekenen. Na wat bezwaar is er 60 van gemaakt, gaf een slechte ervaring binnen een goed verblijf

The sofa was extremely hard, all my bed and blankets were wet. I had to put a pot on my bed. Staff offered only a free transfer to the airport, but I didn’t even need it. Towels in the room were burned
The floor was dirty. I used to love this hotel, but this is devastating

Urlaub im Museum mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Außergewöhnlicher Ort. Historische Burg, weswegen man auch nicht jeden Komfort erwarten sollte. Dafür gibt es sensationelle Ausblicke auf Tiflis und ganz viel Charme. Wir waren mit zwei kleineren Kindern da. Auch ihnen hat es super gefallen.

Great location and spacious room, but uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast.
Pros:

Since our room was not available yet when we arrived, the hotel offered us a different room where we could stay until our actual room was ready. We were charged an additional 50% of the room cost, and they required cash payment only. Unfortunately, this temporary room was in very poor condition — it had a strong mold smell and peeling paint, which made for a disappointing first impression. Overall, it was not a great experience.

Then we stayed in the family room with one king bed and two single beds. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great choice for our family.
The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area. Keep in mind that you'll need to climb a number of stairs to reach the hotel, so a reasonable level of fitness is helpful. Our room had only a limited view, mostly overlooking some trees, but it was still pleasant.

Cons:

The king bed was comfortable and we slept well. Unfortunately, the two single beds were extremely uncomfortable, as the mattresses were just box springs with no mattress toppers, making them very hard to sleep on.
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the food was not particularly tasty. Considering the price we paid for the room, we expected a much better breakfast. I would recommend saving your money and having breakfast at one of the nearby cafés instead.

Like many castle hotels, a few ants were an annoyance
Lots of uneven steps make it only for people with no mobikity issues, but thats a concious choice.

Amazing place and location, be careful which room you book!

The uniqueness. Pretty amazing place and the swimming pool location was amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. My accommodation was outside the castle in a room to the side. I didn’t realise this when booking.

Lovely castle stay
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere in the castle! Amazing decorations in teh whole castle and castle rooftop is gorgeous!
Plus that, we arrived late (at 11.30 PM) and they have a 24/7 reception - we were thankful for that.

The room had a fantastic terrace and it was very clean!
The bed was comfortable and there was the possibility to make the room completely dark - I loved that as I really needed the rest.

We ended up sleeping in until 12.30 and the staff got worried and knocked on our door to check if we were still alive hahaha - really sweet of the lady!

They helped us with our luggages up the stairs.

Next day the breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

- I had to wait a lot of time for warm water to come in for the shower and the sink. But, to be fair, plumbing in an old castle must not be an easy thing to take care of, so l understand.
- The shower had no privacy, which makes it awkward lol. I came in with my fiancé, but still... let's just say that you don't want to make eye contact when you clean the...uhm, place were the shine doen't shine haha.
Maybe not the best room for privacy - you need to send the other person for a walk otherwise.
- Almost no natural lightning - only indirect one. The toilet has the most natural lightning, but I didn't want to keep the door open and stare at the
- no trash in the toilet room, only in the bedroom (so not very woman friendly lol)
- The infinity pool was dirty (they said it was because it just rained), and they gave us some towels which were partly wet and dirty with what I hope it was rust. We were dissapointed as we were really looking forward to swim in it!
- the location of the hotel is not very easy to find, I would put a sign on the street

Unforgettable experience. I’m so glad we stayed there. It’s like to live in a museum. So many antiques. Fantastic view with a swimming pool. Unique rooms. Nice service. Good breakfast. Clean. I loved it

Muy buena ubicacion muy cerca de todo lo principal en old town,se encuentra fácil con las explicaciones y video que envian los maravillosos empleados que tienen.Hay que subir un poco de cuesta y escaleras pero muy bien.El hotel es precioso,la piscina y sus vistas increíbles,los jardines .Yo cogi el apartamento y esta fuera del hotel,no es tan bonito ni cuidado como la decoración del hotel pero sin queja.muy limpito. Desayuno bueno.El propietario no pudo haber tenido mas suerte con el personal!!!!!!
