Pros:

It was my birthday during our stay, and the staff were so caring, warm, and genuinely friendly. We really want to thank all of them, the team was truly amazing and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. For my birthday, they decorated our room without charging any extra fee and also offered us complimentary wine and fruit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We also really enjoyed spending time on the terrace; it was a lovely place to sit and relax.

Cons:

The hotel itself feels a bit old, especially the showers and some of the bathroom fixtures, which could use some renovation. We didn’t encounter anything dirty, but the old structure of the hotel didn’t feel clean and comfortable to me. One thing that felt a bit strange was seeing a receptionist sleeping at the desk during the night. The bed setup was also not very comfortable; two single beds were pushed together with a mattress topper to make it feel like a double bed, but it didn’t really work well, as the topper kept sliding and made it uncomfortable to sleep. It might be a good idea to consider replacing the beds to provide a more comfortable sleeping experience for guests.

Kind staff, but it wasn’t a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful. They organized a little surprise for our birthday. Also, it was nice sitting in the terrace of the hotel

Cons:

The property was really old. Our electricity has gone for the last day. Even though they tried to help, it couldn’t be solved. Also, the rooms were really small and uncomfortable.

Pros:

A very cozy hotel at an awesome location in Old Tbilisi, very accessible to almost all tourist locations, although the rooms were small but they were very well maintained. Staffs were extremely helpful and welcoming, shared kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge. The common balcony should be the best selling point

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Cosy, beautiful, original Georgian house smack bang in the old town close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. The balcony is delightful. I would stay again for sure.

Traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt in einer sauberen Unterkunft

Perfekte Lage und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, was an sich für uns nie ein Problem ist, aber das Bad ist ein Stockwerk tiefer direkt neben der Rezeption und wird gleichzeitig vom Personal für Reinigung/Wäsche genutzt.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist leider sehr schlecht vor allem für Vegetarier. Unser Zimmer war durch die Dachschrägen extrem klein und sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage ist allerdings vorhanden.
Man muss zwei lange Treppen hochgehen und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wenn man stark+mobil ist, stellt dies allerdings kein Problem dar und das Personal hat einem gerne geholfen.

Super central boutique hotel in old Tbilisi
Pros:

Love the location, the decor and the super friendly staff. The balcony was a nice place to have breakfast, or just chilling out. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Since it’s so central, you might hear some music from the bars. It didn’t bother us.
