Great hotel and staff with a wonderful onsen
Pros:

Hotel was nice and modern and close to hotspots like Dontonbori. The staff was accommodating and really helpful. The onsen after a long day was definitely the highlight and is highly recommended to try. Do familiarize yourself with the rules to have a good experience

Cons:

洗面台の水が溢れないようにする穴のところが水垢、埃で汚くて、一度、目にしてしまったらずっと気になって…残念な気持ちになりました。

Pros:

Emplacement pratique, bagagerie avant check in, chambre très propre et malgré les autres commentaires sur la caserne en bas, nous n'avons rien entendu. Petit déjeuner super bon et personnel d'une aide précieuse en cas de besoin ! Merci beaucoup :)

Cons:

Malheureusement pas d'horaires spéciaux pour les personnes tatouées dans le onsen, comme cela se fait parfois. Ici les tatouages sont interdit, le personnel peu fournir des patchs mais personnellement j'ai beaucoup de tatouage donc ce n'étais pas possible pour moi.
