Overall, great location but the apartment was not good value for money.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to shops and city trams. Definitely central to everything we wanted to see. Shower/bathroom facilities were great - good heat and flow. Plenty of space in our superior room for our family.

Cons:

Kitchen facilities were VERY limited. Lifts took forever to get to you. Had to crack a window or door to stop a whistle being heard in the room. Two of the three beds were not comfortable. Pillows not great. WiFi terrible.

Pros:

Loved the views, which from the 50th floor were amazing, the bed was comfy and the coffee was most welcome. The location near Melbourne Central and the Queen Victoria markets could not be surpassed! The shower is phenomenal!

Cons:

This is very nit picky as honestly it was great. But there were a few weird stains on the carpet in the bedroom and the second bathroom exhaust fan could not be qswitched off so was a bit noisy. Also reception was a bit slow/busy.

location was amazing and flexible with late check out

Cons:

there was no laundry detergent or dish soap amd sponge given so couldnt use all facilities. there was also a beeping sound constantly

If you advertise a spa - then if the spa is out of order you need to communicate that to the customer. Didn’t even mention it at check in!? It’s the main reason I booked. The carpet and fixtures are definitely tired. Needs some love

Dirty, would not stay again,
Pros:

Location very central

Cons:

Room was dirty, old, stains all over the carpets, not well kept the bathroom was too small had chips on the mirrors and was not clean with mould in the grout. There was a musky smell everywhere. Pool area was not maintained water everywhere, spas out of order, the glass cracked and dirty. Staff were not very friendly or accomodating, changed my room, i booked a superior one bedroom and got placed in a basic 2 bedroom without checking with me first then stated i would need to go to a low floor if i wanted original room and i regret not agreeing, higher floor was not worth staying in a dirty poorly maintained room. Ive stayed at places cheaper for better Would not stay again.

Loved staying here!
Pros:

The staff, location, comfy bed and indoor pool was all fantastic!

Cons:

The only 2 things which we didn't like was the toilet & toilet paper holder design. Having larger hips you need to remove the toilet paper from the handle and be very careful sitting down due to the holder being too close to the toilet itself.
The other being the pics in reference to the room view weren't accurate but we still enjoyed the room we had. All minor and didn't really effect our stay.
