Pros:

Beds were comfortale and apartment was cosy, facilities were great pool was beautiful and perfect temperature nice and warm for winter.

Great value for money apartment in the CBD. Not the most modern or luxurious but good if you’re travelling with kids
Pros:

Great location and value for money - 2 bedroom apartment in the CBD. Arranged a cot for our toddler at no cost. Good pool.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better - kitchen still had crumbs from previous guests. Walls were a bit grubby. Shower frame was mouldy in places. Shower water temp fluctuated so frequently and went from lukewarm to scalding several times. Old style hotel key which was a big tag, key and plastic fob rather than just a simple swipe key like most hotels have these days (meaning it was annoying to carry around and you have to use the key to lock the door behind you)

طبعا اول ماوصلنا طلب منا اضافه من المال لان بطاقتنا سعودية للاسف اضطرينا لدفع فارق لان الدفع ماكان عن طريق بوكينج كان في مكان الاقامة للاسف مع العلم اني كنت ارغب بالدفع عن طريق موقع بوكينج غرف ضيقة اضطرينا للترقية مقابل مبلغ من المال واثناء انتهاء مدة اقامتنا تاخرنا فقط ساعة اخذ منا 30 دولار عن ساعة التاخير لاانصح فيه ابد

Great location but hotel reception needs to be friendlier and rooms needs to be cleaned better

Cons:

The staff at the reception were not that friendly upon checkin. Also the room wasn’t that clean. There was lots of dust and the floor wasn’t clean.

Overall not a bad stay, could be better. Location and the convenience of having everything close by was good.
Pros:

Located around plenty of shops and restaurants. Had a nice view of the city. Swimming pool was great. The dryer was very useful.

Cons:

Internet was non existent. The floors, sofa, rug were very dirty. Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, it got really humid quick and more so when the dryer was running. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Would definitely book again, close to everything, staff were amazing and facilities were clean and great offers.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and lovely, location was perfect and close to public transport and shops. Facilities were clean and easily accessible.
