Pros:

Room has good size and with all you need for one night cozy stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's one of hotel near by the freeway, perfect for a road trip. Free tea in the morning which is a nice plus.

Cons:

AC near by the bedroom but nothing you can't handle.

Wonderful stay, likely to come back.
Pros:

Very neat and comfortable. Two restaurants located on each side, one ideal for breakfast and the other dinner. Staff is helpful.

Cons:

One side is quieter than other. Once I got the quieter side and this time the highway side.

Sandman Hotel in Hamilton was very disappointing.
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at the Sandman Hotel in Hamilton was very disappointing.

The room was dusty and did not feel properly cleaned. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of sound insulation. Since the hotel is right next to the highway, you can hear almost every vehicle passing by, including throughout the night. On top of that, noise from the room upstairs was very noticeable. we could clearly hear people walking and talking. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably.

Another frustrating part of the experience was having to follow up multiple times to get my invoice after checking out. I was told that because I booked through Booking.com, the invoice could simply be provided at checkout. In my opinion, this should have been handled much more smoothly, regardless of where the reservation was made since they were the host.

Overall, between the cleanliness, excessive noise, and poor follow-up regarding the invoice, this was not the comfortable hotel stay I expected. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.

Luxury feel on a budget. Great family friendly place to stay.

Great location and gave a more luxury feel for a much cheaper price.
