A truly special riverside retreat in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Raya Heritage was really something special. The whole property feels like a beautiful, peaceful retreat next to the Ping River, with exquisite attention to detail throughout.

Our Rin Terrace Suite was incredibly comfortable, to the point where we often just wanted to stay in and relax. The room, the design, the quiet atmosphere and the setting all worked beautifully together. The pool was also a welcome daily dip to cool off after being out in the Chiang Mai heat.

We really enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel. Breakfast at Khu Khao was excellent, and dinner there was a lovely, relaxed experience. High tea from Laan Cha Tea Terrace was another highlight and fitted the calm riverside atmosphere perfectly.

The massages at Al Waan Spa were outstanding. It was one of the best spa experiences of our trip and added to the feeling that Raya Heritage is not just a hotel, but a proper retreat.

The staff were warm, kind and attentive, and the whole stay felt thoughtful and beautifully run. Raya Heritage was special, peaceful and deeply relaxing. We absolutely loved it.

A Perfect Stay
Pros:

I originally checked in for 4 nights and ended up extending twice — staying for almost a month, which says everything.

I truly couldn’t fault a single thing. Everything was perfect, but what made my stay so special was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely happy in their work. I felt completely safe, cared for, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made the entire experience incredibly memorable.

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the number of guests taking constant selfies around the property, which at times took away from the peacefulness of the surroundings — it occasionally felt a little like an Instagram set rather than just enjoying the beauty of the grounds.

That said, this is a very special place and I would absolutely return.

Originally booked to stay for 4 nights and stayed for almost 3 weeks. Was a beautiful reset, with kind, attentive staff.
Pros:

There was nothing to fault here. 10/10 ! All the staff were genuinely incredible and made my stay a very memorable one. Shout out to the housekeeping team, Louise, Bam and Yum . I leave with beautiful memories of an incredible stay.

Perfect & tranquil

As part of our honeymoon travels across Thailand, our time at Raya Heritage was the highlight. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentiveness, kindness, and genuine authenticity made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating more than just a stay - it was an experience that felt deeply personal and serene. The atmosphere was tranquil, the design beautifully authentic, and the service beyond exceptional. We only wish we had spent more time here, as it is without question the most unique and special hotel I have ever visited, making our honeymoon unforgettable. Stunning hotel

One of my all time favourite hotels
Pros:

I love Raya Heritage for many reasons. The ground is serene and peaceful, being there calms my nervous system already. It feels as if time stood still. Their hospitality is top of class, excellent service and genuine. I feel well-cared for every time I stay.

The room is super comfortable, well-maintained and clean. I love the terrace and complimentary natural tea selection. A lot of care has been put in to the room amenities to make the stay as comfortable, tasteful and sustainable as possible.

Every time I leave, I look forward to returning. Thank you Raya Heritage team for your excellent hospitality - it feels good to return every time.

25th wedding anniversary trip. The accommodations were spectacular and the staff was second to none.

Piękny, klimatyczny i kameralny hotel. Chce się powiedzieć - z duszą:) Świetna obsługa.

Cons:

W sporej odległości od centrum i głównych atrakcji, jednak dzięki temu w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Mały minus za organizację przestrzeni basenu, choć on zapewne nie jest główną motywacją do wyboru tego hotelu:)
