Erholung pur
Pros:

Ein schönes Kurhotel mit dem Angebot der speziellen Naftalan Therapie Anwendung. Ich habe es probiert, weil ich neugierig war. Die Anlage ist ein modernisiertes Gebäude inmitten eines kleinen, gepflegten Parks. Die Eingangshalle ist elegant. Alles ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig in einer Art Barock Stil. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade mit Balkon. Es gibt 3x täglich gutes und betont gesundes Essen von einem grossen Buffet. Abends gibt es ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Piano, Disko und Gesang. Es gibt viele Bereiche und das Personal ist freundlich und engagiert. Wir haben vom Cafe, zum Shop, Arzt Check, Friseur, Spieleraum, Park und Pool alles genutzt und uns ein paar Tage sehr gut erholt. Mit den vielen internationalen Gästen war es gesellig und eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Organisation des Transfers nach Baku hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Es wäre zu wünschen, wenn zumindest eine Person am Empfang englisch spricht.

Pros:

Очень красивая ухоженная территория, много зелени.
Вкусная и полезная еда. Процедуры тоже хорошие, но многие из них платные.
За семь ночей пребывания входят анализы, консультация врачей, 5 нафталановых ванн, 1 иодобромная ванна и по 3 физиопроцедур.
Хороший хаммам и бассейн.
И массажистка понравилась Эльнара ханым, от души выполняет свою работу.

Cons:

Утром было много очереди на анализы и к врачам, почти сидели до обеда. Некоторые люди пробивались без очереди.
Думаю можно как то придумать талоны, чтобы люди не толпились и вызывали бы по номеркам.

Отличный отдых и лечение
Pros:

На отдых отправил маму с ее друзьями. Все было на высоте. Номер большой и тихий. Все соответствует описанию. Мама на 2 недели ездила, в сумму входит все процедуры как описано. Процедуры очень понравились маме. Мама отдохнула и освежела. Территория тоже большая и прогуляться можно.

Cons:

минусов нет, все отлично!

We have stayed 7 days with my family and everything is great. Mostly foods and services of staff

Pros:

Хорошая лечебная база, удобное расположение и в целом чистые номера.

Cons:

Слабый уровень сервиса и организации: медленный check-in, проблемы с оплатой, очереди на процедуры, неудобная система оплаты, слабый контроль в SPA, старый трансфер и отсутствие банкомата.

Pros:

В санатории Chinar Hotel & SPA Naftalan нам в целом всё понравилось.

Особенно хотелось бы отметить трёхразовое питание — очень вкусно. Отличная рыба, вкусные грибные супы. Также благодарим терапевта Dr. Tural — он очень помог и дал полезные рекомендации.

В остальном всё было хорошо, спасибо за отдых.

Cons:

В номере было чисто и уютно. Однако сам номер показался немного тесным и компактным.

Также при заселении нам предоставили раздельные кровати, несмотря на то что бронирование было оформлено для пары. При обращении на ресепшн нам сообщили, что изменить это невозможно.

Cons:

Программа для праздника слабая, в других отелях дневная программа была, гостям устроили фестиваль, раздавали угощения. А тут только вечером программа была. Я думаю можно за эти деньги сделать 3 дневную праздничную программу более насыщенной. А так всё было хорошо, еда вкусная, комнаты хорошие
