Hôtel propre et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Quasiment aucune explication concernant le lieu du petit déjeuner, ni la formule. Un accueil froid et distant, avec des explications concernant le menu totalement incohérent. Aucun effort pour améliorer le contact et confort du client. Décevant.

Das Frühstück war gut!
Hotel war sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Um in die Dusche (Zimmer 201) zu kommen, muss man schon sehr dünn sein, da die Toilette eng an der Duschkabine stand.
Das Hotel ist schlecht lärmisoliert: Geräusche von der Straße und vom Flur störten die Nachtruhe.
