Top Lage, prima Frühstück, cooles Design, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sauberer Sandstrand direkt vor der Haustür. City und gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The hotel is practically on the best public beach in town. Go early to enjoy it to the fullest. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is sort of updated, cute modern design..

Cons:

Two lamps, one by the bed and one by the desk did not work and refused to be fixed by the staff person. The room was not cleaned properly; a dirty napkin was left on the table desk as a testimony to that. There were no USB ports to be fund in the room or almost anywhere on the ground floor or in the lobby, except at the front desk.

Brilliant boutique hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Location is perfect . On the beach and only 10 minute walk to the Old Town . Also very funky design , immaculate clean and smelt wonderful as you walk in !

Un día unos clientes montaron una fiesta en la habitación contigua. No pudimos conciliar suelo hasta las 3am. Avísamos a recepción pero no les hicieron caso. Finalmente me tuve que ir a su habitación para pedirles que se callaran

Pros:

The people at the breakfast service are kind, warm and welcoming, The breakfast warm options were really nice and tasty. The fitness room is small but covers the basics. Nice sauna and pool areas. .

Cons:

Some of the reception staff need a hug. We didn't get new water bottles every day, maybe an oversight? The noise from the patio / street is a bit of an issue if you're overlooking the beach, but this may be fixed with better window isolation. It looks high-tech but it isn't, so adjust to that expectation

The location was nice.

Cons:

The staff, they need to work on their communication regarding planning. I had called and asked to schedule a Massage for my mother who had a badback during the call they had told me to not worry and that we could easily schedule it when I arrive. Although I mentioned I was coming that same day. When I had arrived they told me there was only one person doing the massages and it needs to be scheduled ahead of time. This did not align with what they had told me on the phone. My mother was then not able to have a massage to help her pain. It was poor communication and little to no action. No apologies and was told it was a “ miscommunication “ when you pay for quality it’s a shame when these things happen.
