Stylisches Strandhotel mit perfekter Lage
Pros:

Sehr modernes und stilvolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Unser Zimmer (Seaview-Zimmer) war gross, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet mit einer grossen Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt am Strand, mehrere weitere schöne Badeplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Altstadt von Split ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die recht ringhörigen Zimmer. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Gang waren teilweise deutlich zu hören.

Lovely hotel, big light and airy rooms
Pros:

Large modern rooms in a large modern hotel. Helpful staff, good amenities, very nice breakfast, lots of luxury touches - the oil and vinegar are very fancy. It’s a short walk into town, the quickest way being on a pedestrian path that runs past a play park which isn’t that well lit. Split is a very safe town, so once you decompress from the safety concerns you have in the UK, you realise this is actually a very pleasant walk. It is near to a very shallow sand beach for swimming.

The hotel looks like it was designed in the style of Zara Hadid and is light and spacious, but somewhat incongruous in Split where the architecture is mostly ancient (centre), late Victorian to WW2 (around the ancient centre) or hideous soviet era flats with a sprinkling of newer buildings (around the hotel and everywhere else).

Roadworks directly outside that wernt told about also at times felt like we were a nuisance to staff when asking questions also wernt told till our last morning that we could order fresh stuff for breakfast

Pros:

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, as instalações do hotel são muito bonitas, o café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso!

Cons:

A toalha! Pode parecer uma coisa mínima, mas pro nível do hotel a toalha é bem ruim e pequena! O atendimento de alguns funcionários também deixou a desejar! Alguns foram muito educados e solícitos e alguns nem tanto!

Pros:

La propreté, le petit déjeuner (je vous conseille les oeufs benedictes), la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre vue sur mer.

It was exceptional!
Pros:

The room was lovely, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. It was across the street from the beach. It was walking distance from the city center and ferries.

Nice boutique hotel, great location
Pros:

Cool aesthetic vibe hotel. Room was nice and clean but shower leaking all over the floor was unavoidable, and the safe was broken. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location to the beach and old town.

Unfortunately the staff all felt cold and unfriendly. We stayed three nights and didn’t even know they would offer freshly made breakfast until the final morning because no one had approached us previously until then. We had booked two nights and then added a third and reached out a week prior to ask them to combine the stays so we could ensure not having to move rooms, and no one ever responded to us. Asked again and staff did it at check in but was never aware of me reaching out in advance.

Lovely hotel opposite the beach
Pros:

The room was a great size. The bed was very large and comfortable. Nice being opposite the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t have as much of a selection as other hotels of this quality. Didn’t really like the shower either.
