Was ok for what we needed
Pros:

Nice beds rooms looked nice staff friendly good location for what we needed

Cons:

First room smelt of sewage they then changed our room but the bin hasn’t been changed , stains on ceilings, doors slamming all night very noisy

Perfectly adequate for my needs which was a bed for a night. Location was great and town was easy
Pros:

Room was small but had everything I needed for a single nights stay. Check in staff weren't particularly friendly but it was quick and efficient.

Cons:

Staff could have been a little more friendly at check in.

Perfect for the night.
Pros:

Room was fine, received some ear buds - i think in case the locals were a little noisey, but we did not experience this.

Cons:

No lift, and I did bring a big heavy case. but was offered help to carry it up stairs.

Excellent value for money and great central location
Pros:

Room was compact but comfortable, breakfast was good and the location was excellent for pubs, restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes walk from Colchester Arts Centre which was why I visited.

Comfortable stay near city centre

Adequate but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location is pretty central. Bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

Can’t open the windows more than an inch. No blinds in the bathroom so you need to close the window & sweat while using the toilet or shower or risk the whole street seeing you! When the sun is shining the bathroom is blinding!!! Curtains in the room were terrible, falling off the rail! And a street light right outside was not helpful as we couldn’t close the curtains!!!
Very basic shower, soaked the floor as the doors do not shut properly.
